1、摘 要本设计在毕业设计任务书的要求下,进行xx省xx多金属 1850 吨/日钨矿选厂的初步设计,最终产品为白钨精矿和黑钨精矿。在学校的安排下,在xx省xx市xx进行了为期两周的毕业实习。在收集相关资料的基础上,确定各车间的工作制度,对设计工业流程进行选择和论证,最终确定破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨矿采用两段全闭路流程;选别过程主要采用加温浮选、磁选以及细泥浮选,脱水工艺是黑白钨精矿经浓密池浓缩后,再进行真空过滤,最终进入精矿仓。对设计工艺流程进行了数质量和矿浆流程计算,对选矿厂主要工艺设备进行了计算和选型。设计也进行了厂房总体布置和厂房内的设备配置。根据地形条件,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分开布置,
2、破碎设备采用混合配置方案,即横向配置与纵向配置并用。磨矿与浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿设备采用纵向配置,浮选设备采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,折带式真空过滤机与精矿仓配置在同一厂房内。完成了粗碎、中细碎-筛分、磨浮、脱水、数质量流程图、设备联系图和总平面布置图共 7 张图纸的绘制,其中粗碎车间图为手工图。关键词:xx多金属矿;初步设计;黑钨矿;白钨矿ABSTRACTThe design of the design in accordance with the mission statement of graduation requirements, xxn Metal 7565 tons / d
