6、gsIwantyoutotheteachers“eccentric”shouldhavecorrectunderstanding,notonlyforteaching“eccentric”parochialism 译文 偏心这个词语在学校里经常出现经常听见同学们在私底下说三道四交头接耳说什么老师偏心谁谁谁了老师又表扬谁谁好了有时因为老师在课堂上表扬了谁谁谁那方面做得好然后给他减作业什么的就说老师偏心呀什么的 其实他们之所以这么说是因为他们对老师的行为有错误的看法对“偏心”这个词语有着错误的理解回过头来想一想在每个班上都有着优、良、中、差个老师不喜欢优秀的学生呢?如果说喜欢优秀的学生就是偏心个老
7、师又不偏心呢?所以“偏心”是一件很正常的事 而且一个老师偏心也未必是一件坏事请想一想老师为什么要把重任交给优秀生做?因为他们做得好老师有时候给优秀生替换作业这是因为老师认为这个学生的水平比其他的学生高没必要再做对他而言这种简单的作业老师让优秀生不做某些作业或做另外的作业是因为老师采用了“因才施教”的方法一个好的老师他明白一个学生处在什么阶段应该学一些什么应该做一些什么因为如果让全班都跟着优秀生的进度学习肯定有一些人听不懂如果让大家跟着差生的进度学习又无疑是在浪费脑筋浪费才华所以老师必定会把好生、差生、中等生分开对待 正因为如今的同学与家长对老师的偏见让现在的一些好老师进退两难也正是因为对“偏心
