5、，网上银行的概念将在很长一段时间内影响金融和消费市场，各大网络支付平台迅速成为消费者追逐的对象。网上银行作为银行业金融机构发展的新型方式和重要渠道，已经成为现代商业银行生存与发展必不可少的竞争手段。与此同时，伴随着网上银行业务的飞速发展，与网银相关案件的不断涌现，其安全性一直是社会各界关注的焦点。在网上银行的建设过程中，如何结合农村信用社客户群体等实际因素，利用现有的网络安全技术提高安全性，为网上银行的发展提供强有力的安全技术支撑，是当前农村信用社技术服务部门重点研究和思考的问题。 本文在总结国内外其他学者研究成果的基础上，从网上银行的基本原理、基本功能、发展历程、以及国内外银行业和农信社网上
6、银行发展入手，剖析了常用的网上银行信息安全技术，开发了一套使用方便、适合于农信社现有发展水平和业务的网上银行系统。并以湖南省农村信用社联合社建设网上银行为例，就信息安全技术在网上银行的应用展开了研究和讨论，应用信息安全技术实现了一种网上银行的安全解决方案，保证了银行信息系统网络安全。 通过结合农信社网上银行业务的现状和实际， 运用信息安全技术的相关知识，对如何加强网上银行安全性能提出了新的思路，这对提高网上银行安全性、促进农信社网上银行的健康持续发展具有重要意义，将会更有效地保护银行和广大客户的利益，提高网上银行的安全性和易用性，满足客户的期望与需求，提供更加及时、安全、满意的客户服务。 关键

As the new ways and channels of banking financia
8、l institutions development, online banking has become essential competition means for the survival and development of the modern commercial bank. At the mean time, as banking cases continuing to emerge along with the rapid development of online banking, its security has been the focus of the attenti
9、on of the community. So, during online banking construction process, how to combine the practical factors such as rural credit cooperatives customer groups, the use of the existing network security technology to improve security, and providing a strong security technical support for the development
10、of e-banking, are research and thinking problems for the technical services of rural credit cooperatives departments. The dissertation based on the summary of other scholars at home and abroad research, focusing on the basic principles of online banking, the basic functions of the course of developm
11、ent, as well as the development of domestic and international banking and rural credit cooperatives online banking, analyzes commonly used online banking information security technology, developes a set of easy-to-use, suitable for rural credit cooperatives in the existing level of development and b
12、usiness online banking system. And taking the construction to the Hunan Province Rural Credit Union online banking for example, The dissertation launches a research and discussion on information security technology in the online banking application, the application of information security technology

Through the combination of current situation and practice of rural credit cooperatives online banking services, the dissertation uses the knowledge of information security technology, and puts
