2、： 年 月 日审 批 人： 年 月 日 摘要伴随中国东盟自贸区的建设，给中国和东盟各国均带来难得的发展机遇，中国经济的发展也需要更多的能源支撑。而越南变成东盟10国中经济增加最快的国家，并且矿产资源丰富，其得天独厚的地理位置并且作为一个具有巨大开发潜力的新兴市场，将变成让中国走向东盟的重要平台。但是越南经济发展需要国外的投资，越南经济体制改革让得外企业可以投资越南矿产资源。但也应看到，伴随中越领海争议以及越南政府的办事效率等原因，中越矿产资源合作开发还存在一定风险。中越之间的贸易虽然前景美好，但却充满了挑战和难度，我们还得为中越贸易的未来不努力，还需要更多宝贵的建议和政策。关键词：贸易 ； 国
