4、Background Informationl company structure: Traditionally, most companies have a hierarchical or pyramidal structure with one person or a group of people at the top and an increasing number of people below them at each successive level. There is a clear line or chain of command running down the pyram
5、id. All people in the organization know what decisions theyre able to make, who their bosses are (to whom they report), and who their immediate subordinates are (to whom they give orders). But today, the company is no longer just a place where people come to work and follow the order blindly from th
6、e above. For many people, their company gives a sense of belonging and identity. Companies of the 21st century should no longer be hierarchical which ensures maximum efficiency and profit. They are also the communities where people belong to and grow together with, where their affective and innovati
