1、中山市中医院康复科 赵明华,颈 椎 病,概述 (General Introduction),定义:颈椎病是颈椎增生性关节炎，颈椎间盘脱出症，颈神经根综合征的总称。临床常见颈臂疼痛，眩晕，眼花，腿软等症状。 本病属于中医“痹证”之“筋痹”、“骨痹”是一种常见的中老年疾病。,神经根型(Nerve root type)脊髓型(Spinal marrow type) 分型 椎动脉型(Vertebral artery type) Classifications 交感神经型(Sympathetic nerve type)混合型(Mixed type),病因病机 (Etiology and pathogen
2、esis),风寒湿邪 筋脉拘急 外伤劳损 筋骨受损 -筋痹、骨痹 肝肾亏虚 筋骨失养,诊断要点(keys points for diagnosis),1、 起病缓慢，中年以上发病，常有颈肩疼痛，颈部活动受限等症状。 2、 各型临床表现特点 (1) 神经根型：颈肩背痛伴上肢放射痛，颈部活动受限。 体征：颈部局部压痛，臂丛神经牵拉试验（+），扣顶试验（+）,辩证分型(Syndrome Differentiation),风寒痹阻(Obstruction of wind and cold)劳伤血瘀(Qi stagnation and blood stasis)肝肾亏虚(Emptiness of liv
3、er and kidney),治疗 (Treatment),治则：通络止痛。 取督脉、太阳、夹脊穴为主。,处方(Prescription)： 主穴(Main Points)：夹脊 (Jiaji)（1）天柱、大椎(BL10 DU14)（2）阿是穴(Ashi point)（3）百劳、大杼(Bailao,BL11)局部取穴,通络止痛-local points.后溪- SI3申脉-BL62远部取穴，行气止痛-distant points.,配穴（Modifications)：,风寒痹阻：风池、外关。 劳伤血瘀：合谷 三阴交。 肝肾亏虚：太溪、太冲、肝俞、肾俞。,操作(Acumox Technique)
