1、题 目： 小区物业管理系统的设计与实现 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要小区物业管理系统的设计与实现摘 要：本文实现了一个小区的物业管理系统，小区物业管理系统面向小区的的各项事务，包括小区基本信息管理，物业收费管理，维修管理等业务处理工作，是为了利用计算机进行集中管理而开发的系统。该系统是以 DELPHI7.0 为前台开发工具，SQL server 2000 为后台数据库进行开发，系统基于 C/S 模式。本系统共分为住户信息管理、物业信息管理、收费信息管理、投诉信息管理、报修信息管理以及维修物资信息管理、系统管理等模块，其功能基本涵盖了小区物业管理的各个方面。本设计说明书遵循软件工程的原理及开发步骤，
