3、e made in the whole year.This traditional custom can be traced back to 2 or 3 thousand years ago, form Heilongjiang River Basin & Songhuajiang River Basin.Instead of the meaningless ritual, people prefer to perceive this activity as a ceremony and even a chance for the reunion of family.On the 26th
4、of the 12th Chinese lunar month, people will get up early in the morning.The men will be dominant in this activity.They are responsible for the butchering that is carried out their own yards.Usually the women will help to boil water and make a preparation.Warmly welcomed, their neighbor and relative
5、s will be invited to the feast and share this joyful moment.It should be admitted that Chinese people are hard working and grateful to the nature.They valued the traditional culture and ceremony such as the swine butchering.As a result, the Chinese precious culture can be inherited and will be permanent in the future.Best Regards!
