Bill of Lading (提单)： 运输公司所签发的收到承运货物的收据，是发货人与运输公司之间签订的运货契约，同时也是代表货物所有权的凭证。 7. insurance (保险)：由于国际货物一般都需要通过长途运输，货物在整个运输过程中，可能会遇到自然灾害或意外事故而使途中货物遭受损失，货主为了转嫁货物在运输过程中的风险损失，而办理货物运输保险。 8.
