2、：201115120253指导教师： 孟忠良零件图分度盘座销轴垫圈摘 要分度机构是在加工过程中行分度，即在完成一个表面的加工以后，依次使工件随同夹具的可动部分转过一定角度或移动一定距离，对下一个表面进行加工，直到完成全部加工内容，具有这种功能的装置称为分度装置。因此在本文中我通过利用 Soildworks2010 三维设计软件设计了这种分度机构。首先利用软件，完成分度机构所需要的二十二个零部件的三维造型设计。然后将这些二十二个零件，根据分度机构的设计要求，先后将这些零件插入装配体文件中，完成分度机构的装配总图。然后再通过干涉分析来验证此机构是否彼此干涉，最后进行动画仿真，即检查装配体中成型的产
