3、mation of FlextronicsDOC NO: PEI2015 REV: B Page 2 of 4 1. 目的 1. 目的 建立一个使用锡膏搅拌机的操作流程。 2. 适用 2. 适用 使用于伟创力（南京）科技有限公司。 3. 接通锡膏搅拌机 3. 接通锡膏搅拌机 连接 220V 的直流电到搅拌机。 4. 操作步骤 4. 操作步骤 4.1 确定机器安装完成 4.2 机器之电源插入一般的电源座即可.如图 4.3 打开本机器之上盖. 4.4 转动本机器锡膏夹具之角度,并以 T 型手把转动夹 具的伸缩,并放入搅拌的锡膏如图. 4.5 将待搅拌之锡膏罐置入机器之夹具内并锁紧( 以不 使锡膏罐
4、变形之松紧度为原则).可同时搅拌两罐锡 膏罐,若一次只用一罐, 则另一端需放置等量的配 重器或锡膏 ,以确保机器使用寿命如图. 4.6 左右两个夹具上的锡膏或配重器,其重量差异不可 超过+/-50 公克. 否则,可能使机器在高速搅拌时产 生晃动的情形,请尽量避免.如图 4.7 将本机器之上盖盖上. 4.8 调整面板显示幕上的时间设定到较佳的搅拌时间, 约 35 分钟视锡膏厂牌而异( 第一次设定完毕后会 自动记忆,勿需每次设定 ).如下图 4.9 按(起动/停止)键后,机器自动开始高速搅拌,并倒 数计时,待设定时间完成后机器自停止,并以蜂鸣响 1. Connecting DC 220V with solder stirring device。 4. Operation procedure 4.1 Ensure the stirring device has been installed 4.2 The de
6、vice is inserted to the common source. 4.3 Open the upper cover of this stirring device. 4.4 Turning the angle of this solder jig, at the same time turning the flex of jig with T handlebar, and put solder into it. 4.5 Put the bottle ready to be stirred into fixture ,and lock it ( not to make the jar
7、 distort ),if you stir one jar ,the same quantity bob-weight must be put into the other side to maintain balance. 4.6 The solder or organ on the two jig mustnt exceed +/-50 pg in the weight ,or it brings sway state when it is stir with high speed. 4.7 Covering the upper lid of the device. 4.8 Regula
8、te and set the time on the panel to get the effective time for stirring. it will take about 35 minutes differing from various solder plants. 4.9 The device will running automatically with high speed when press the on/off key . if the time setting TITLE: Operation Instruction for the Stirring Device

10、机器上盖，本机会自动停止运转, 显 示幕显示 . 将上盖盖上后机器检视时间， 是否重新设定，再按启动(on/off )即可立即搅拌 finished ,the device stopped automatically. 4.10 The screen will show the previous setting time and prepare the operation the next time at the same time. 4.11 Opening the upper lid after the device stopped, then open the solder jar of
11、 the jig with the contrary turn and we can use the solder under this circumstance. 4.12 During operating the device, if we want to make it stop, we can press the button (ON/OFF), then it stops. 4.13 During it was running, if we open the upper lid , the device could stop automatically and the screen
