1、河南科技大学毕业设计(论文)I打印机墨盒卡头注射工艺及模具设计摘 要塑料制品具有原料来源丰富、价格低廉、性能优良等特点。它在电脑、手机、汽车、电机、电器、仪器仪表、家电和通讯产品制造中具有不可替代的作用,应用极其广泛。注射成形是成形热塑件的主要方法,因此应用范围很广。墨盒卡头结构较为复杂、质量较小、壁厚薄,是一个小型塑料注射件;其形状中间为盒形,一端带有两个勾形,另一端有侧孔。通过墨盒卡头的这些特点以及零件原材料的特性分析和比较,设计点浇口双分型面带侧向抽芯的注射模具。通过模具侧抽芯结构以及零件要求,确定一模双腔的型腔对称排布结构。根据墨盒卡头原材料的工艺性能确定模具的浇注系统。然后,根据注射

2、体积选择注射机并校核。侧向抽芯机构采用常用斜导柱侧抽芯机构。根据零件结构形状,设计两侧对称的抽芯机构。设计四个斜导柱,每侧两个对称分布。推出系统采用推杆推出系统及复位杆复位。而浇道凝料采用挡板拉断点浇口,定距拉杆和弹簧配合的推出系统。导向机构采用导柱导向结构,采用带头导柱和直导套配合导向机构。导柱和导套都按标准件进行设计。冷却系统采用冷却水冷却,水道根据模具结构设计了正向和侧向两个方向的流向。此模具设计紧凑,采用一模双腔结构,满足了生产墨盒卡头的技术要求,并保证了较高的生产效率。关键词:注塑模,塑料模,侧向抽芯,双分型面,墨盒卡头INJECTION PROCESSES AND MOLD DES

Then, injection machine is chose according to the injection volume and checked. Side core-pulling system uses the obliqu

7、e guide column side core-pulling system. According to the parts structure shape, design symmetry of core-pulling system. There are four oblique guide columns, every side two symmetric distributions designed. Ejection device uses push rod system and release link reset. And the runner of the material

8、adopt baffle tensile pin-point gate, with positioning bars and spring in the ejection device. Guiding system using guide pin oriented structure, there are guide pillars with head and straight guide bush with guiding system. Guide pillars and guide bush are designed according to the standard componen
