1、南京工业大学本科生毕业设计（论文）I蔡尖花园工程监理规划摘 要为了提高投资效益和适应国内外形势发展的需要，自改革开放以来，我国在建设领域推行工程建设监理制以来，虽然取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益，但也存在一些问题。突出地表现在我国工程建设监理模式单一，监理范围局限于工程施工阶段，监理实践与理论上我国给监理定义为全过程的监理相背约，监理工作效能不高，监理行为随意性较强，缺乏规范化、标准化的管理体系，严重阻碍了监理事业的发展。本监理规划设计从建设工程监理基本概念、监理目标控制方法和手段进行了阐述,并结合实际工程论述了监理三大目标控制的基本环节、控制的类型和三大目标的系统关系，重点论述了如何确定和分
