2、彩，学生在学校体育中几乎完全没有话语 权，课程专家、教育行政部门和教师处于绝对的控制地位。 普通高级中学体育与健康课程 标准(以下简称“新课标”)从 2001 年秋施行以来，其发展速度之快、改革力度之大是前 所未有的。随着课程改革的不断深入，各校对各种教学形式进行研究、探讨和实验，寻求 适应新课程理念的教学模式。在体育课程改革的同时，原有建立在学科中心理论基础上的 体育课程在新的社会条件下逐渐暴露出种种不足。 在贯彻落实素质教育的今天，高中体育与健康课程提倡根据学生的兴趣和爱好，让他 们有选择地学习一项或几项运动项目，主要是为了培养学生的运动专长，因为学生有了运 动专长，他们才可能体验到成功感
3、、愉快感和自我价值感，进而参与体育学习和活动的积 极性才会提高，终身体育的意识和习惯才可能形成，也才会将体育活动作为生活中不可缺 的重要组成部分。开展高中体育选项教学，更好地完成新时期体育教学的任务，将成为学 校体育工作的一项重要任务。体育课“选项教学模式”紧跟时代的发展，在教学宗旨、教 学内容、课堂组织形式与教法、考核与评价、教师的专业素质与学生的选项需求等方面进 行了创新与探索，形成自身独立的特色，与已有的其它教学模式相比有着鲜活的创新表现 和创新价值。 体育选项教学是高中体育课程的一个主要改革方向，是改革的一个关键点和亮点。 新课标要求精选教材内容，压缩必修教材比重并增加选用教材比重的思
4、想，为高中体育课 必修与选项教学相结合的课程理念提供了理论基础。体育课教学效果的优劣将直接影响着 学校教育的质量，针对学校体育的教学目标，如何采取合理的教学组织形式，才能达到有 效教学，选项体育课不失为一种较好的组织形式。 “选项体育课”是指:在“健康第一”思 想的指导下，由学校根据本校的教学环境和条件，合理地确定学习项目，学生按自己的兴 趣、爱好及基础等情况，在校方确定的范围内自选学习项目。以这种方式组织并开展的教 学课，称之为选项体育课。 本文通过采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、谈话法、数理统计法对太原市城区 16 所高 中体育课选项教学的现状进行调查和研究，并结合国内外体育教学改革的发展趋向
5、，找出 太原市城区高中在实施体育选项教学中存的问题，总结经验，并提出相应的对策建议，为 正在实施和今后需开展的学校提供一些参考。在此，作者主要通过以下几个方面对太原市 城区高中体育选项教学进行分析： 一、对太原市城区高中体育课选项教学的现状进行深入剖析：首先，对太原市高中体 育课选项教学中体育师资的情况进行了分析；其次，对太原市高中体育课选项教学内容的 教授情况进行分析；第三，对太原市高中体育教师和学生对选项教学的认识和态度的进行 分析；第四，对太原市高中体育课选项教学的教学组织形式进行分析；第五，对太原市高 中体育教师专项素质与学生对选项教学内容的选择情况进行分析；第六，对太原市高中体 育教
6、学场地器材状况进行分析；最后，对太原市高中体育课选项教学的教学评价与成绩考 核进行分析。 II 二、对高中体育课选项教学的可行性进行分析，从两个方面进行剖析：首先，从高中 体育课采取选项教学的必要性进行分析；其次，从高中体育课采取选项教学的优点分析。 三、对太原市城区高中体育课在实施选项教学中存在的一些主要问题进行研究。首先， 由于学校自身的条件限制，体育选项课的内容难以与学生的要求统一；其次，由于学生选 择的项目较为集中，使各项目之间发展不均衡；第三，选项教学的组织形式还不是很合理； 第四，选项教学的开展，增加了组织管理的难度；第五，选项教学的方式及手段的单一， 缺乏具有高中特色的体育选项教
