3、o r P r o f e s s o rW a n gZ h o n g - w e i M a y ，2 0 1 2 摘要 随着工业化进程的加快，人民的生活水平不断的提高，个性化和新颖性消费 也随之得到不断强化。顺应这种变化，家具制造业的加工能力也得到空前的提 高。但这种“大量生产大量消费的线性生产方式带来大量的资源废弃和引 起生态环境的恶化，比如木材资源的耗竭、环境污染、土地填埋占用等。为缓解 木材资源大量消耗的巨大压力，顺应全球化过程中经济发展绿色化的趋势，对废 旧家具进行绿色回收循环再利用，对我国家具制造业可持续发展具有重大的理论 和现实意义。 本文以循环经济与逆向物流等相关理论为基
4、础，以回收循环再利用废旧家具 为目标，对家具制造业逆向物流模式选择与网络构建进行了研究。文章首先对家 具制造业的现状以及逆向物流现状进行了调研分析；然后根据循环经济理念提出 了家具制造业逆向物流模式，利用模糊多层次分析法对家具制造业逆向物流模式 进行选择评价，并结合算例进行了实证分析；最后基于外包物流模式下的家具制 造业逆向物流模式构建了逆向物流网络，利用混合整数规划理论对该模式下的家 具制造业逆向物流网络建立了模型，并结合案例进行了模拟求解。 关键字：逆向物流；家具制造业；模式选择；网络构建 A B S T R A C T W i t ht h es p e e d i n gu po fi
