2、用功能；与此同时，随着城市建设的发展，这些建 筑实物又难免有所消减。孝义近代民居建筑充分体现近代建筑所具有的内 地中外文化交流的特征和代表性，孝义地区近代建筑作为本地区近代社会 发展历史时期多元文化下的历史见证，有重要的历史文化价值。因此以科 学的方法记录、整理近代建筑史料，调查研究在错综复杂的社会历史条件 下，形成这些建筑特点的原因，了解建筑发展的客观规律，认识近代建筑 实践中的经验和教训，是具有重要理论意义和实践意义的。本文从实地考 察出发，从整体到局部，了解现象，分析原因，并结合历史学、社会学等 学科知识对孝义近代建筑进行了深入分析。 文章第一部分主要对孝义地区的历史发展沿革和孝义近代建
3、筑发展概 况进行了系统地整理。第二部分结合孝义的地理自然环境、经济环境以及 人口因素对近代建筑的影响进行分析，从东南地部区和西北部地区的建筑 形式的不同中对在近代建筑时期内形成的建筑和各类型的主要建筑资料进 行了系统整理。第三部分选取了几个具有代表性的近代建筑进行分析，进 一步说明孝义近代建筑所具有的历史研究价值。第四部分结合中国传统建 筑和西方典型建筑形态，进一步对孝义近代建筑中所体现的西方建筑语汇 和中国传统建筑文化的分析，并对建筑结构和技术上产生的变化进行剖析、 比对。 关键词关键词：近代建筑，孝义建筑，中西建筑，传统建筑，中西结合 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 III III Inv

14、着历史的进程，还展 示了人类技术的飞跃和进步。 孝义市近代建筑的发展历程不同于沿海地区近代建筑的形 成方式，并不是简单的由于西方建筑文化的冲击、激发与推动下融合而成的，孝义地区 的近代建筑是基于地理上的特殊性，以及当时政策上对经济的支持，使得孝义地区汇集 了东西、南北不同地域的文化，再加上西方文化的渗透，形成了以中国传统建筑文化延 续为基础又有异乡建筑文化传播的特点。形成了以孝义旧城为中心，东南部地区中西结 合式、西北部地区中国传统式为主的不同建筑形制。孝义近代民居建筑充分体现近代建 筑所具有的内地中外文化交流的特征和代表性， 孝义地区近代建筑作为本地区近代社会 发展历史时期多元文化下的历史见
15、证，有重要的历史文化价值。 1.1 研究内容及时空的限定研究内容及时空的限定 1.1.1 研究对象与研究内容研究对象与研究内容 本文研究对象是孝义地区出现的近代建筑，在笔者调研中，调研的大部分对象主要 以近代民居建筑为主，建筑形制多以四合院居多。研究的时间限定在，孝义在近代建筑 发展时期，即从 19 世纪 40 年代到 1949 年间。研究对象的基本特征是传统形式特点的 建筑和受到外来建筑文化影响形成的建筑。由于历史的发展变化和时间的久远，大部分 建筑破坏严重，现仍有部分原构建筑保存完好(详见附录二)，所以在对建筑实物进行调 研为主要手段的同时，辅以对历史文献、原始档案资料的翻阅、查找以及比对
16、。 本文的研究内容主要包括以下几个方面。 1、孝义市的近代建筑历史背景以及近代建筑保存现状。清末之前，孝义一直处于 各个政权争相夺取的要地，直到了清末，孝义地区的政治和军事活动主体地位逐渐退出 了历史舞台，因地理位置等其他多方面的优势，取而代之的是商业地位日渐提高，交易 活动成了本地的一项主要内容，各个主要街市商铺云集，商业体系成了它的经济发展主 流。本地的建筑也是紧随其后，大量的近代民居建筑多建于 20 世纪初左右。悠久的历 史文脉在人们思想深处筑起一道中式传统建筑的隔墙，不管商人们的活动涉及多远，外 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 2 来的建筑文化语汇，总是很难对传统建筑产生大的影响，本地的近代建筑还是以中国传 统建筑为根基，缓慢柔和的体现出外来建筑文化冲击下的改变。本地建筑形制多四合院 为主，这也是大多数生活在中下层居民的住宅，其基本建筑风格延续了传统模式，但也 加入了不少新的手法。 2、孝义近代建筑区域特征及影响因素。孝义市近代建筑
