1、题目基于区块链技术的股权管理应用研究A Dissertation Submitted to Shanghai University for the Degree of Master in AccountingThe equity management applied research based on the technology of block chain摘 要股权管理是公司的存在和发展的基础，无论是公司成立之初的股权登记，还是公司股东进行股权转让，都是股权管理的重要内容。但目前传统意义上的股权管理存在一系列问题。效率低下、股权管理混乱、股权纠纷、中小股东的权利被无视等一系列问题的存在增加
2、了公司和市场的运作成本，阻碍着资本市场的规范发展。本文采用规范性研究的方法，通过对现有的股权管理模式进行展示，分析其存在的问题，提出可以把区块链的技术应用到股权管理中。本文模拟出区块链技术在股权管理应用的情景，并对其产生的经济后果进行分析。同时，对目前存在的研究区块链技术在股权管理的案例进行简单的介绍，提出了如何发展区块链技术下的股权管理的建议。由于目前的学术界对区块链的应用研究还比较零散，没有系统性的分析和研究成果，可以借鉴的参考文献比较少，本文在论述相关问题和解决方案的相关问题时，由于缺乏相关的材料和实际的数据，本文按照一定的逻辑通过现实技术条件下的合理延伸和推想来论述自己的观点。区块链技
3、术的出现改变了传统的股权管理模式，提高了股权管理的透明性，保证了股权管理的高效性和安全性。区块链技术通过点对点的直接交易，提供一个去中心化的交易平台，可以使股权管理和交易更加安全和高效，同时也提高了监管部门的监管效率。区块链技术在可以保证交易各方在弱信任甚至无需信任的前提下从事交易活动，可以做到去中心化，实现信息的高速安全传递。利用区块链技术的安全透明、不可随意篡改等特性，再与智能合约相结合，不但可以对公司的股权登记、股票发行和交易、股东投票和分红等环节的模式进行改进，大幅简化登记管理流程，提高股权管理的效率；还可以改变传统的证券市场的股票交易和清算结算模式，提高结算和清算的效率，节约大量的成
4、本费用。区块链技术的出现改变了传统的股权管理的运作模式，但区块链技术的应用目前还处于基础的发展阶段，未来的发展需要面对一系列的挑战，无论是公司还是相关的监管部门，都需要调整对传统股权管理模式的认识，以积极的心态迎接区块链技术带来了改变。关键词：区块链 股权管理 去中心化ABSTRACTEquity management is the foundation of existence and development of a company. Both the part of equity registration at the company founding time and company

However, currently traditional equity management has a series of issues, e.g. low efficiency, equity management disorder, disputes, ignorance the interest of small and medium shareholders, etc. These issues increased the compan
6、y operation and marketing cost, as well hinders the development of standardized capital markets.This article adopts the method of normative research, through demonstrating the existing equity management mode to display, analyzing its existing problems, and puting forward to block chain management te
7、chnology is applied to equity. This paper simulates the situation of the application of block chain technology in the equity management, and analyzes the economic consequences of it. At the same time, the study of existing block chain technology in the case of equity management is simply introduced,
8、 puts forward how to develop block chain technology under the equity management advice. As a result of current academic research on application of block chain is relatively fragmented, no systematic analysis and research, less can draw lessons from the references. Because of the lack of related mate
9、rials and the actual data, this paper has discussed the problems of relevant problems and solutions according to certain logic by reality technology under the condition of reasonable extension and supposed to illustrate his point of view. The block chain technology has changed the traditional way eq
10、uity management , improved the transparency of the equity management, and ensured the efficiency and safety of equity management. Through point to point transaction,block chain offered a decentralized trading platform, to make sure the equity management and transaction more safe and efficient. At th
11、e same time,improved working efficiency of the supervision department . Block chain technology can guarantee the parties on the premise of weak trust dont even need to trust engaged in the trading activity, can be decentralized, realize the high speed transmission security. Using block chain technol
12、ogy security transparent, not optional tamper with the characteristics, combined with intelligent contract again, can not only for the companys equity, stock issuance and trading, registered shareholder voting and dividend model was improved, greatly simplify the registration and management process,
13、 improve the efficiency of equity management; It can also change the stock trading and clearing settlement model of traditional securities markets, improve the efficiency of settlement and liquidation, and save a lot of cost. The emergence of the block chain technology has changed the traditional eq
14、uity management mode , but at present the application of block chain technologies still in the at stage of development. The future development needs to face a series of challenges, both the company and the relevant regulatory authorities need to adjust the knowledge of traditional equity management
15、mode, with a positive attitude to meet the change of block chain technology bringing about .
