1、2023年nvh岗位职责20篇 书目 nvh结构岗位职责 结构cae及nvh仿真工程师 科力车辆限制 浙江科力车辆限制系统有限公司,浙江科力,科力车辆限制,科力车辆 岗位职责: 1.依据公司安排和要求,明确开发设计需求和输入,根据开发流程和体系文件完成相关项目如:真空泵、空气压缩机、气阀及水泵产品、零部件的结构强度、刚度校核,以及疲惫等有限元分析;负责泵、空气压缩机等产品转子动力学仿真及模态分析; 进行真空泵、空气压缩机、水泵等产品的振动噪声(nvh)分析以及产品的改进及其验证等过程,并最终形成明确交付; 2.编写、绘制、校对各类产品开发文件,包括但不限于相关的dfema、结构有限元及nvh仿
2、真报告并组织评审; 3.拟定nvh测试标准,测试方案,分析测试结果,指导结构设计改进; 4.各种产品的探究cae仿真分析新技术,改进产品模拟分析方法; 5.与内部工程师和外部客户进行沟通,提出技术报告和改进方案; 6.与相关部门或人员沟通协调产品试制,并对试制样机进行评审和改进; 7.协作相关部门或人员完成相关产品零部件、产品及系统进行验证测试,对测试结果进行分析和评审,对产品做出优化改进; 8.负责对分管产品在现场生产过程和售后过程中遇到的技术性问题供应分析和解决方案;负责分管产品的持续改进并建立故障数据库; 9.与项目工程师和外部客户进行沟通,提出技术报告和改进方案; 10.负责相关产品供
3、应商技术接口、规范等管理以及产品审核等; 11.负责零部件及系统产品竞品分析;参加产品平台规划;主动开展或参加技术研发工作,促进公司技术研发实力提升; 12.参加其它相关apqp文件和各项工程标准的编制,并监督执行; 13.参加并协作公司进行资质申报、项目申报、学问产权爱护、专利申报等工作; 14.执行公司管理规定和iatf16949质量体系文件; 15.培育公司现有结构设计人员的静力学分析实力。 16.部门和公司领导支配的其他工作。 任职资格: 1.硕士及以上学历,机械及固体力学等相关专业,阅历丰富者可放宽学历限制; 2.可以是应届毕业生,有电子水泵、屏蔽泵、空气压缩机、气阀以及真空泵等项目
4、阅历者更佳; 3.熟识结构有限元技术,娴熟运用有限元软件ansys mechnical等结构有限元分析软件进行结构疲惫强度分析及优化;娴熟进行系统及零部件结构优化分析;娴熟进行系统及零部件振动噪声分析; 4.熟识材料力学原理,弹性和可塑性,热疲惫,不连续及连续系统振动分析及传热; 5.娴熟运用catia、solidworks等三维绘图软件; 6.数字信号处理技巧,使其运用于时域及频率模式分析,包含锤击及摇动测试的模式测试; 7.具备分析判定cae仿真结果与实测偏差的工程阅历; 8.了解用仿真分析手段指导产品设计和原料筛选的协助设计流程; 9.娴熟驾驭运用ms office办公软件; 10.具备
