1、论小学班会语言在德育中的作用以M小学班会为例摘 要在学校学习生活中,班会课属于一门特殊课程,通过师生之间的有效沟通来实现对学生个性发展的教育和促进这一目的,对班会语言的合理恰当表述有利于促进学生成长。德育作为五育之首,本身所具有的社会性使其成为每个社会共有的教育现象并与人类社会共存。当前学校实施的素质教育中德育是不可缺少的一部分,其融合于学生的日常学习生活和学校教学教育工作中,在促进学生健康成长和提高学校工作质量方面发挥着重要的推动、保障和促进作用。学生在学校受教育期间,小学教育发挥着不可替代的作用,这一时段是学生人生的起跑线,是其受教育的起点,小学生道德素质教育是否成功,是否能形成正确的人生

2、观、价值观不仅对其个人成长有重要影响,还会影响到社会未来的发展。故而本文将探究小学班会语言对学生德育的影响,分析其作用。笔者于M小学执教多年,观察并实践大量的班会课,深入探究了不同班会语言在德育中的作用,故而以M小学班会为例进行研究,使文章具备更强的实效性。文章以M小学为例,采用文献资料法、案例分析法、观察法以及问卷访谈法四种研究方法,借用弗兰德斯课堂师生互动分析系统,从教室语言以及学生语言两个方面出发进行深入探究,分析小学班会语言在德育中的作用。文章主要分为六大部分,第一部分为绪论,介绍了研究背景、意义、文献综述、研究内容、方法以及研究思路,奠定全文基础;第二部分为相关概念与理论,明确了班会

3、语言、教师话语、德育的概念以及认知发展理论、人的全面和谐发展理论、十大教育法则的理论;第三部分为对M小学班会课班会语言的调查,在充分调查后,从不同角度分析了班会课师生语言情况及对德育的影响,且对个案样本进行了较为深入的描述;第四部分分析了班会课班会语言德育功能偏低的原因,包括宏观原因、教师层面原因以及学校层面原因原因;第五部分提出了建构基于德育功能小学班会语言的实践策略,同样从三大层面进行了深入的分析,将理论与实践进行了充分的结合,既有助于提升班会语言在德育教育方面的作用,同时也对广大教师具备一定的借鉴意义。关键词:小学;师生话语;班会语言;德育教育;策略研究IIOn the Role of

Moral education, as the head of the five-education, has its own social nature, making it a common educational phenomenon in every society and coexisting with human society.

6、Moral education is an indispensable part of the current quality education. It is integrated into the daily life of students and the teaching and education of schools. It plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of students and improving the quality of school work. . Primary school edu

7、cation plays an irreplaceable role during the schools education. This period is the starting line of students life, the starting point of their education, whether the moral education of primary school students is successful, whether it can form a correct outlook on life and values. Its personal grow

8、th has an important impact and will affect the future development of society. Therefore, this paper will explore the influence of the language of the primary school class on the moral education of students and analyze its role. The author has taught in M primary school for many years, observed and p

9、racticed a large number of class meetings, and deeply explored the role of different class language in moral education. Therefore, the M primary school class was taken as an example to make the article more effective.Taking M elementary school as an example, the article uses the literature research

10、method, case analysis method, observation method and questionnaire interview method to borrow the Flemish classroom teacher-student interaction analysis system, from the classroom language and the student language. In-depth exploration and analysis of the role of primary school class language in mor

11、al education. The article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. It introduces the research background, significance, literature review, research content, methods and research ideas, and lays the foundation for the full text. The second part is related concepts and theories,

12、and defines the language and teachers of the class. Discourse, the concept of moral education and the theory of cognitive development, the theory of comprehensive and harmonious development of human beings, and the theory of the ten major educational rules; the third part is the investigation of the

13、 language of the class meeting of the M primary school class. After full investigation, the class meeting is analyzed from different angles. The teachers students language situation and the influence on moral education, and a more in-depth description of the case sample; the fourth part analyzes the

14、 reasons for the low language function of the class meeting, including the macro reasons, the teacher level reasons and the reasons at the school level. The fifth part puts forward the practical strategy of constructing the language of primary school class based on moral education function. It also

15、conducts in-depth analysis from three levels, and fully combines theory and practice, which not only helps to improve the language of the class in moral education. 16、language; moral education; strategy research一、绪论(一)研究背景及意义1.研究背景高质量的的班会课对学校实施素质教育过程有其独特的促进作用。因此为了提高学生的道德素质以适应当前学生高素质道德需要,我们应该对内容和形式上古板过时的传统班会课进行创新。班会课的有效实施能发展学生各项潜能的、塑造学生健全人格、提高学生心理素质和道德水平、促进学生形成正确的人生观和世界观。当前我国提倡素质教育,要求促进学生的全面发展,小学班会作为学校德育教育工作的重要组成部分,对学校、老师和学生自身的发展都起到重要作用。作为学校班主任,管理好班级,与学生积极沟通,提高学生的兴趣,解决学生的问题是其重要工作职责,班会课就是班主任有效管理班级的主要途径之一。班主任通过在班会课上布置班级工作,解决班级存在问题,了解学生的想法和近况并积极与学生进行思想沟通交流。在执教期间,笔者发现在当前应试教育的影响下,依然有部分老师利用班会课对学生补习文化课程,也有老师会利用班会课对
