养殖车间控制系统的运行可实现进料、除杂和环境控制的手动控制及自动控制,实现自动化养殖自动化养殖不仅可以节省大量的人力,还可以最大限度的提高原材料利用率,这充分的体现着国家经济发展由资源消耗型向集约型的转变在我国国家工业化与农村城镇化的大背景下,在我国养殖业还处于传统阶段的前提下,在我国消费市场牛肉供不应求、需求量缺口继续扩大的压力下,利用现代控制技术升级传统养殖方式,实现养殖的工业化与自动化,这不仅可以满足民生需求,还能通过最优养殖获得最大利润利润自动养殖现实可行,前景广阔关键词:PLC;MM440 变频器;自动养殖基 于 PLC 的 养 殖 车 间 控 制 系 统 设 计- I -AbstractThis paper introduces the design process of the PLC-based control system in farming workshops. Firstly it analyze the current situations and drawbacks on the traditional animal husbandry, and then upgrade the system and modernize it, based on PLC and inverter-control automatic feeding system, automatic impurity systems and workshop environmental control systems. Secondly this article describes in detail the layout design of the farming workshop, the overall circuit design and the hardware, software design relating control system, and software design is carried out in simulated Step7. Finally, it points out problems in the process of debugging and puts forward relative solutions. Operation of the control system in farming workshops can realize the manual and automatic control of feeding, cleaning and environmental controlling.Automatic farming can not only save a lot of manpower, but maximize utilization of raw materials also, which reflect fully the swift of this country's economic development from resource-consumption to energy-efficiency. In the background of industrialization and rural urbanization, China's aquaculture industry is still in the traditional stage and beef is in short supply in consumer market, the gap continues to expand. Under the condition of that, we can use modern control technology to upgrade traditional farming methods, to achieve the industrialization and automation of farming which can not only meet people's needs, but also maximize farmers’ profits.
