ThestoryhappenedinBostonabout200yearsago.Itnarratesloveaffairsbetweenthreepersons.Thepunishedwoman.HesterPrynneandhishusband.WhocalledhimselfRogerChillingworth.Heisanoldmisshapenmanandadoctor.Hesterdoesnotlovehimatall.Anothermanisayoungminister,Dimmesdale,whohasahighpositionamongministersandishig
