2、等复制手段保存、汇编学位论文。（保密的学位论文在解密后应遵守此规定）签名：导师签名：日期：年月日II摘要摘要远程教育作为现代教育技术的形式，有效地牵引着教育资源的优化，给教育思想与技术带来了革命性的变革，已经成为现代教育的必然要求。远程教育要得以顺利、高效的实施，必然离不开高效的管理与支撑平台环境。随着网络技术，特别是 Internet 技术的发展和普及，基于 Internet 的远程教学已经成为远程教育的重要方式和发展方向。为此，本文在对基于网络的远程教学活动的特点进行了分析和研究的基础上，结合远程教学的实际需要。提出了一种基于 Internet 的、个性化的远程教学系统的设计和开发。本文共
3、分七部分。由于本系统是一个综合系统，我参与了其中的部分工作，所以本论文主要是讲述我参与的部分工作的内容。第一章简述了远程教学的背景，目的，意义；第二章是远程教学的特点分析，讨论了基于 Web 的远程教学与传统教学的区别，分析了目前远程教学系统的优越性；第三章提出系统的运行环境和主要技术介绍；第四章总体设计；第五章详细设计，主要描述我参与的部分子系统的设计。第六章是系统安全的分析和处理，最后是总结和展望，致谢和参考文献。关键词：远程教学，实时传输/实时传输控制协议， ASP技术IABSTRACTABSTRACTBeing a kind of modern education technology
