1、Be a vegetarian More and more people around the world are becoming vegetarians. A vegetarian is one who eats no animal products. Many reasons can be found for vegetarians, such as health, religion, economy, ethics and environment. A major benefit of a vegetarian is healthy. a vegetarian diet supplie

2、s all the nutrients. vegetables contain high level of vitamins. In addition, most vegetables not only have lots of fiber but also contain 75-95 percent water. Some vegetables are also rich in antioxidants and complex carbohydrates. Most vegetables are low in kilojoules, especially cabbage and cucumb

3、er. Furthermore, vegetarians are less susceptible to daily diseases and thus have a longer life expectancy. A vegetarian diet saves the lives of animals and creates fewer demands on the environment. Forest in Brazil is destroyed daily to create more space to raise livestock. Forest can improve the q

4、uality of air. Also, it can save water. Other reasons for being a vegetarian are ethics and religion. Over 1.3 billion human beings could be fed each year from the grain and soybeans that go to livestock in the United States. That means that it could have fed more than 1 billion people while America

5、n uses the grain and soybeans to feed the animals. Moslems does not eat pork and Indian Buddhists do not eat beef for religions reasons. Being a vegetarian saves money. conclusion Fist, being a vegetarian is healthy. Second, meat foods are danger and tend to induce disease. Third, vegetarian save bo

6、th animals and people, especially the poor. Last but not least, it cost vegetarians less money.
