1、综合课程设计论文综合课程设计论文题题 目:目:干切削的技术及切削机床干切削的技术及切削机床 的设计的设计专业名称 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名 赵坤 指导教师 李郁 毕业时间 二零一六年六月 摘摘 要要干切削技术是为适应全球日益高涨的环保要求和可持续发展战略而发展起 来的一项绿色切削加工技术。 随着环境保护法律法规越来越严格,国外在汽车以及中小型制造业中,干切削的应用越来越广泛,目前在西欧已有近一半企业采用了干式切削加工,德国企业尤为普遍。日本的生产设备市场杂志选出的 1997 年日本工厂自动化行业的国内十大新闻中就包括“保护环境的加工技术具体化”。由此可见:干切削加工技术将成为未来加工技

2、术的发展方向之一。干切削并不是简单地取消切削液就能实现,有意义且经济可行的干切削加工要求仔细分析特定的边界条件和掌握干切削加工的复杂因素,并为干切削工艺系统的设计提供所需的技术数据。干切削加工刀具工作条件恶劣,寿命缩短。因此,须合理选择刀具材料及涂层,设计合理的刀具几何参数。本文分析干切削加工的特点,提出了干切削对刀具的具体要求,讨论了干切削刀具的设计要点。追求生态效益和经济效益是推动干切削技术发展的主要动力。近 10 年来,由于超硬刀具材料,特别是刀具涂层材料的发展,刀具几何形状的改进和微量润滑材料的应用,以及适合干切削机床等相应配套设备的开发有利地推动了干切削技术的迅速发展。干切削技术经过

3、多年的开发和实验,目前已进入了实用化阶段,当今相当多的切削加工工序已完全可以用干式或通过微量润滑来解决。随着干加工工艺过程可靠性的不断提高,干加工正在逐步进入机械加工业,特别是愈来愈多地进入汽车工业等大批量生产领域。我国在干切削理论研究方面和国外还存在较大的差距,在工业中的应用规模更小,有待于我们今后加快研究与推广应用。 关键词关键词:干切削;环境保护;刀具;研究;推广。AbstractDry cutting technology is to meet the rising global requirements of environmental protection and sustaina
