1、 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I摘摘 要要 文化是一个民族进步的灵魂和精神支柱，也是一个民族凝聚力、创造力的重要源泉。随着国际竞争日益激烈，文化占有越来越重要的地位，谁掌握了文化的制高点，谁就会在未来的国际竞争中赢得主动权，取得最终胜利，其实文化的竞争集中体现在文化软实力的竞争。 虽然我国硬实力有了很大发展， 但文化软实力相对落后，与我国的文明古国和大国地位不相符合，因此，如何提高文化软实力被摆在更加突出的位置。在党的十七大报告中胡锦涛对文化软实力做了重要论述，这是我们党带领全国各族人民总结历史，立足现实，着眼未来对文化软实力
2、发展的科学规划和战略思考，体现科学发展观的本质要求。文化软实力的提高是一项系统工程，贵在坚持，重在落实。本文选择文化软实力的理论思考作为切入点和突破口，力图对文化软实力及其如何提升做一个初步探索。全文共分四个部分，第一章主要谈论文化软实力的理论内涵和外延，重在介绍国内外学者对文化软实力概念的定义并做简要评论，同时谈论自己对文化软实力概念的基本看法。第二章主要谈论我国文化软实力的现状，现状包括提升文化软实力的有利和不利因素，从多角度、多视角对这个问题进行详细分析。第三章重点介绍增强文化软实力的重要性和紧迫性，从个人、社会和国家三个层面展开，三个层次具有内在逻辑性，是一个不可分割的有机整体。第四章

15、目的与意义选题目的与意义 文化是一个民族进步的灵魂和精神支柱，也是一个民族凝聚力、创造力的重要源泉。随着国际竞争日趋激烈，文化越来越引起普遍重视，成为未来国际竞争的核心和关键。谁掌握了文化的制高点，谁就会在未来的国际竞争中赢得主动权，取得最终胜利。尤其是文化作为软实力的核心力量，更是扮演越来越重要的角色，当今世界许多国家十分重视文化软实力的发展，取得了很好效果。而我国文化软实力还很落后，与我国作为文明古国、大国地位和 人民群众的文化需求不相符合。尤其是随着我国经济不断发展，人民物质生活水平的不断提高，广大人民对文化的需求也日益强烈。如何满足人民群众的文化需求，保障人民群众的文化权益，提高我国的
16、国家文化软实力变得更加重要和紧迫，摆在更加突出的位置。在党的十七次全国代表大会上胡锦涛指出： “当今时代，文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉、越来越成为综合国力竞争的重要因素，丰富精神文化生活越来越成为我国人民的热切愿望。”一段时间以来，文化软实力问题引起了广泛关注和热烈讨论，虽然取得了一定成果，但还存在许多问题，主要集中在以下几个方面：一是集中在对文化软实力概念的理解上，显得视角不够开阔；二是论述有广度，但缺乏深度；三是就某一个问题谈论的比较多，但缺乏全面系统的看问题的视角；四是对文化软实力的认识不够充分，有关部门对文化软实力的重视还不够，缺乏长远眼光；五是对一些问题还缺乏一致意见，存在较大分歧。 基于上述原因，我选择文化软实力作为自己的研究方向，主要有两个目的，一是强烈的兴趣。由于自己的专业爱好，对文化方面的书籍了解较多，积累了一些知识，也有自己的一些肤浅的看法，这为我的研究
