3、历史上一个繁荣昌盛的时期。唐代开放性特点不仅表现在外交关系、政治制度、民族政策等方面，还反映在婚姻制度及民间礼俗上。本文不再局限于对唐代婚姻制度中某一具体现象进行研究， 而是从唐代婚姻制度的缔结与解除入手，研究唐人婚姻中的夫妻关系，进而剖析唐代婚姻制度中开放性的时代特色。本文将在礼法结合的时代背景下，用法社会学的分析视角来研究唐代婚姻制度与礼俗的时代特色。本文正文分为四个部分：第一章：唐代婚姻关系的缔结，包括“父母之命、媒妁之言”、自主婚姻的出、婚姻缔结中的等级观念及婚姻缔结中的礼俗特色；第二章：唐代婚姻关系的解除，包括离婚的制度与礼俗、女子再嫁的制度与礼俗；第三章：唐代婚姻关系中的夫妻地位，
4、包括礼教与法律制度中的男尊女卑、现实生活中女性家庭地位的提高及贞节观念由弱到强的过渡；第四章：唐代婚姻制度与礼俗特色的成因分析，包括纲常礼教规范对婚姻制度的约束、发展经济巩固中央集权的需要、儒学正统地位的削弱与胡族遗风的入侵、唐律礼法结合的保障、武则天上台执政的助推作用。关键词：唐代婚姻制度；礼法结合；开放性；时代特色IAbstractThe Tang dynasty is known for its open era in Chinese history, with an ancientChinese history last period of peace. In the end, this article will analyze the characteristics of the times of opennessin the institution of marriage in the Tang dynasty. This
