1、大学生青年志愿者工作机制研究 以上海高校为研究实例 摘 要 培养什么样的人的问题一直是高等学校在人才培养过程中首要的基本问题，尤其是我国实行市场经济以后，人的世界观、人生观、价值观发生了显著变化，利益成为人们行为的主要驱动力。在这样的环境下，如何提高大学生的思想道德素质，发挥青年大学生在社会主义精神文明建设中的生力军作用，已经成为高校教育中，尤其是各级团组织考虑的一个现实问题。 由共青团中央组织发动的青年志愿者行动适应了时代发展的要求和当代大学生青年的特点， 注重调动大学生青年的内在积极性。 它所强调的自愿原则、 参与原则和讲求实效原则，使大学生青年的成长教育过程由单向转化为双向互动， 为青年
2、群体的广泛参与提供了条件。志愿者活动是助人，也是自助。通过志愿者活动，有助于建立和谐社会，融洽人与人之间的关系。青年志愿者行动以其“团结友爱、助人为乐、见义勇为、无私奉献”为鲜明宗旨，为社会做了大量的工作，赢得了社会的广泛认同和好评。 本论文就是从目前大学生青年志愿者工作开展现状、 发展和出现的困境入手， 通过对当前国内大学生青年志愿者工作机制进行现状调研和剖析， 并与在志愿者领域工作机制相对成熟的发达国家进行了对比分析，探讨目前国内大学生青年志愿者工作机制存在的问题。并以此为切入点， 结合我国在校大学生青年的特点以及构建社会主义和谐社会的需要，对大学生青年志愿者社会化工作机制、组织机制、激励
3、机制等工作机制进行了探讨。 根据大学生青年志愿者社会化工作的需求，对如何挖掘利用社会资源，推进高校志愿者工作的社会化进行了可行性分析。同时，对进一步健全大学生青年志愿者组织机制，完善激励机制，进行了探索，提供一定的可行性参考意见，从而推动大学生青年志愿者工作更加有效地开展。 本论文结合青年大学生的时代特征， 对大学生志愿者活动的定位和社会功能进行了重点阐述。 通过深入研究分析大学生志愿者活动现状，借鉴国外一些成功的经验，结合我国的实际情况，创建一条具有中国特色的大学生青年志愿者活动的路子， 这无疑对我国的两个文明建设具有重要的现实意义。因此本论文重点在如何建立更有效的、具有中国特色的大学生志愿
4、者活动的相关工作机制上进行了相关探索。并探讨如何通过大学生志愿者活动的开展， 对大学生的全面发展和构建社会主义和谐社会起一定的作用。 关键词：大学生，青年志愿者，工作机制，和谐社会 STUDY OF THE WORKING MECHANISM OF YOUNG VOLUNTEERS IN UNIVERSITY RESEARCH ON UNIVERSITIES IN SHANGHAI ABSTRACT The personnel training is the most important issue for all the universities in their basic trainin
5、g course. In particular, since China is a market economy, the outlook on the world, life and values have changed significantly, so interests has become the main driving force. In such an environment, how to improve the ideological and moral qualities of young undergraduates and how to make them play
6、 a new role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, has become a pressing problem in the college education, especially for the CYL Committee. Young Volunteers Action initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League organizations meets the development requirements of
7、the times and the characteristics of contemporary young students, and it also focuses on arousing the youth inherent enthusiasm. The principles young volunteers action stressed are voluntary participation, efficiency and effectiveness. These principles guarantee not only a conversion of the process
8、of youth development education from one-way to two-way interactions, but also a condition of the broad participation of youth groups. Volunteer activities are helping others as well as self-helping. Volunteer activities contribute to the establishment of a socialist harmonious society and harmonious
9、 relations among the people. Young volunteer activities with a clear-cut purpose, which is “solidarity and affection, taking pleasure in helping others, in connection with selfless dedication“, have done a lot of work for the community and won wide recognition and praise. This paper starts with the
10、current situation, development and difficulties of young volunteers in university. Through research and analysis of the mechanism of the current Chinese young volunteers in university, this paper explore the existing problems by comparing with other countries mechanism which is relatively mature in
11、this field. Then, combined with the characteristics of Chinese college students and the need to build a harmonious society, this paper explore the working mechanism, organizational mechanism and incentive mechanism of how to socialize the young volunteer activities based on the existing problems. In
12、 according to the needs of socialization of young volunteer activities, this paper conducts a feasibility analysis on how to tap community resources to promote the socialization of college volunteers. Meanwhile, in order to promote the young volunteer activities, this paper explore how to perfect th
13、e organizational mechanism and improve the incentive mechanism of young volunteer activities, and it also provide certain information of feasibility. According to the characteristics of Chinese college students, this paper focuses on the position of college students in volunteer activities and socia
14、l functions. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation, we should create our own young volunteer activities in university with Chinese characteristics in light of Chinas actual situation by learning from the successful experience. This has undoubtedly practical significance for our two civi
15、lizations. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to establish a more effective working mechanisms of young volunteer activities in university with Chinese characteristic, then it discusses the way of carrying out the activities of the college student volunteers, which play a certain role in the overa
16、ll development of college students and in building a socialist harmonious society.
