2、iuxiang Supervisor:Prof. Zhang Yaling Hainan Normal University Haikou, China I 摘 要 教育部于 2004 年颁布并试行体育新课标后,学校体育课程的改革便打破了原有的研究方向:由原来国家课程的单一模式改为由国家、地方、学校三级课程管理模式。而体育课程在我国具有明显的地域性、民族民间性特色,基于我国的实际情况,将民族传统体育项目作为中小学体育校本课程开发研究,已成为基础教育课程改革中十分重要的课题,对此进行研究具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。 本文运用文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查、专家访谈、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法对

3、海南省重点民族中学国兴中学进行调研。以海南省国兴中学板鞋竞速课程为实验对象, 以校本课程开发理念为理论指导, 通过教学实验, 对国兴中学校本课程开发,解决现阶段该校体育教学过程中存在的若干问题进行研究,进而为海南省民族传统体育校本课程开发奠定基础。实验研究表明:将板鞋竞速作为校本课程,一方面可以使学生接受民族传统文化及民族传统体育特有的魅力,另一方面也有利于学生强身健体并培养学生终身体育的意识,同时对民族传统体育也起到了保护和传承的作用。 本文以海南省国兴中学为例进行实验研究和统计分析,笔者认为开发具有少数民族特色的板鞋竞速校本课程, 既是传承和保护我省少数民族体育项目, 促进民族文化交流,开

4、展民族团结教育的需要,又是推进学生阳光体育运动,提高学生身体素质,同时促进学校特色发展的重要内容。我们要充分认识其重要意义,立足实际,因地制宜,开发开设更多的具有地方特色少数民族特色的体育项目校本课程,为我省中小学体育校本课程开发提供了理论与实践的依据。对板鞋竞速校本课程的开发中主要存在的问题都进一步研究并做出相应的解决方案。最后以海南国兴中学板鞋竞速本课程为例,进而为省级体育教学课程的遴选提供有利的参考价值。 关键词:关键词:民族传统体育;校本课程;板鞋竞速 II Abstract After the Ministry of Education issued and put into tri

Based on this background, traditional P.E. curriculum becomes an important research topic in primary and secondary school-based curriculum in curriculum reform of basic education, this study has important theoretical and practical value. In this paper, r

7、esearch and survey was made on sports needs of a national high school - Hainan Guoxing secondary school. It fully used the schools sports resources as well as the school - running characteristics of P.E. school-based curriculum to analyse, taking sandals racing school-based curriculum as object of s

8、tudy. Guoxing secondary school in Hainan is a national key high school, the paper takes sandals racing school-based curriculum as object of study, using school-based curriculum as theoretical guidance, conducting research on issues of developing school-based curriculum to solve problems in P.E. teac

9、hing. This paper used document literature, field trip, questionnaires, interviews with experts, logical analysis, mathematical statistics methods to study, using document literature of school-based curriculum home and abroad, national and traditional P.E. and document of current sandal racing as the

10、oretical guidance, and then conducts experimental studies on Guoxing secondary schools sandal racing courses as the school-based curriculum, finally argues that the sandal racing in school, not only can make students to accept the unique charm of the national traditional culture and traditional ethn

11、ic sports, but also is conducive to students physical health and cultivate students consciousness of lifetime sports, it protects and inherits traditional national sports as well. This paper uses document literature to conduct case analysis on sandal racing as a sports and health school-based curric

12、ulum. This case analysis fully reflects the basic idea of the new round of P.E. curriculum reform, highlighting local characteristics, and the local plays and role to enhance the school-based curriculum, showing scientificalness and normalization of III school-based curriculum development, and provi

13、des a theoretical and practical basis for school-based curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China. The main problems in the development of school-based curriculum are weaker awareness of curriculum and curriculum development capabilities. lack of technical guidance of P.E. curriculum exper

14、t, blind interest and characteristics, lack of scientificalness and normalization, weak and haphazard evaluation, and lack policy support of school-based curriculum development.
