Procedure 程序 1 Once a request is received for a babysitter directly
2、 from the guest or via the Front Desk, please inform the Service Centre immediately. 当直接接到或通过前台接到客人的保姆服务的要求时,立即通知服务中 心. 2 The Babysitting reservation must be accepted in advanced. 保姆服务必须提前预订. 3 Housekeeping will make arrangement accordingly. 由管家部进行安排. 4 The services we offer our guests are as follow
3、s: 服务按以下标准提供: - Per child - 50 RMB per hour 2 收费标准:RMB50.00/人/小时 - The age of child: From 10 months to 4 years old 儿童年龄: 10 个月至 4 岁 - Maximum two children per Baby Sitter. 最多照顾 2 个儿童. - For the babysitters services rendered after 10:00 pm, there will be a taxi fare of 30 RMB. Please pay this fee dir
4、ectly to the babysitter. 如提供服务超过晚间 10:00,须直接向保姆支付 30 元出租车费用. 5 Payment is NOT to be made directly from the guest to the babysitter. If necessary a paid out on the guests account can be arranged. 服务费用不能直接向保姆支付,如有必要,可从客人账户中支付. 6 Housekeeping will fill out the Babysitting Service Application Form upon
5、assigned the baby sitter. The Executive Housekeeper must approve the form. 由客房部在指定保姆人员时填写保姆服务申请表,并通过行政管家的批 准. 7 The Housekeeping supervisor should accompany the baby sitter together to guest room advanced 10 minutes. 由客房部主管陪同保姆提前 10 分钟到客人房间. 8 Guest must sign on the form, and the form will be back to Housekeeping Office for future reference. 客人必须在申请表上签名,此表将返回客房部留底.
