1、温控电机调速Temperature Control Motor Speed题目名称:接口技术院系名称:机电学院2014 年 6 月 27 日 摘要科学技术一直被视为生产力发展的核心,人们希望创造更先进的科技来提 高人们的生活质量。特别是计算机出现后,人们的生产,生活发生质的改变。 自动控制的出现不仅节省了企业的成本,而且也减少了工人的劳动力,降低了 对工人素质的要求。其中用于自动控制系统的元件有许多种,但尤为单片机, PLC,计算机等在工业生产中有着举足轻重的地位。本文以单片机为例,详细的 介绍温度传感器是如何通过单片机来控制电机的速度。这种实例看似很简单, 但在生活生产的实际中却发挥着重要作

2、用。比如,笔记本的散热系统,智能电 风扇,还有一些发热严重的大型机械等等大都采用了这样的方案来控制机体内 部的热量,从而保证工作正常运行。 近几年来微型机快速发展,国外交直流系统数字化已经达到实用阶段由于 以微处理器为核心的数字控制系统硬件电路的标准化程度高,制作成本低,且 不受器件温度漂移的影响,其中单片机最受欢迎。单片机(Single chip microcomputer)微型计算机简称单片机,是典型的嵌入式微控制器 (Microcontroller Unit) ,常用英文字母的缩写 MCU 表示单片机,单片机又称 单片微控制器,它不是完成某一个逻辑功能的芯片,而是把一个计算机系统集 成到

3、一个芯片上。单片机由运算器、控制器、存储器、输入输出设备构成,相 当于一个微型的计算机(最小系统) ,和计算机相比,单片机缺少了外围设备等。 概括的讲:一块芯片就成了一台计算机。它的体积小、质量轻、价格便宜、为 学习、应用和开发提供了便利条件。同时,学习使用单片机是了解计算机原理 与结构的最佳选择。它最早是被用在工业控制领域。温度传感器从 17 世纪初人们开始利用温度进行测量。在半导体技术的支持 下,本世纪相继开发了半导体热电偶传感器、PN 结温度传感器和集成温度传感 器。与之相应,根据波与物质的相互作用规律,相继开发了声学温度传感器、 红外传感器和微波传感器。温度传感器是五花八门的各种传感器

4、中最为常用的 一种,现代的温度传感器外形非常得小,这样更加让它广泛应用在生产实践的 各个领域中,也为人们的生活提供了无数的便利和功能。 本文涉及了基于单片机的温控电机速度系统,采用单片机控制为控制器, 利用温度传感器 DS18B20作为温度采集元件,并根据采集到的温度与系统设定 值相比较从而控制电机的转速,同时系统的预设温度是通过两个独立按键来实 现的, 一个增大预设温度,一个减小预设温度。【关键词关键词】 单片机;DS1820;温控;AbstractScience and technology has been regarded as the core of development of p

Automatic control appears not only saves the cost of business, but also to reduce the workers labor, reduci

Wherein the elements for automatic control system has many kinds, but particularly the microcontroller, PLC, computer, etc. has a pivotal position in the industrial production. In this paper, microcontroller, for example, the temperature sensor is a detailed descri

7、ption of how the microcontroller to control the speed of the motor. Such examples may seem very simple, but in real life production plays an important role in it. For example, notebook cooling systems, intelligent fans, there are some serious heat large machinery, etc. Such programs are mostly used

This article relates to the temperature control system based on single- chip motor speed,

15、the control of single controller, as the temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature acquisition device and compared to control motor speed according to the temperature and the collection system settings, and the systems preset temperature is achieved by two independent keys, and a preset temperature increase, a preset temperature is reduced.
