1、第二军医大学硕士学位论文军人职业倦怠量表的研制姓名：张金美申请学位级别：硕士专业：应用心理学指导教师：张理义2011-05儒家伦理文化对我国当代生命伦理构建的价值研究 - 1 -摘 要 本文试图从大处着眼，粗线条地检视了儒家文化传统，在承认其对当代生命伦理发展作用有限的基础上，积极汲取我国传统主流文化儒家伦理的精髓，并加以归纳、概括和提升，从儒家伦理的视角，并结合当代生命伦理的操作性问题，探索我国儒家伦理中所包含的的生命伦理意蕴，分析其对当代生命伦理发展的价值，探讨儒家伦理如何才能对当代生命伦理的建构和发展做出更大的贡献， 以达到发展儒家伦理和当代生命伦理“双赢”的目的。 第一部分主要介绍选题
2、的缘起，概括阐明论题研究的背景及其意义，考察目前学界对这一问题的研究现状，在综合分析已有成果的基础上，设立本文研究的方向与目标，然后对涉及到的相关概念进行解析，同时简要说明了论文的研究方法及框架； 第二部分主要是分析论题的前提，即儒家伦理文化的价值，阐明传承的现实性与可能性，从而为论题奠定基本的逻辑前提。同时从儒家伦理中挖掘当代生命伦理的底蕴，理清两者之间的相承关系，寻找构建我国生命伦理的强有力的儒家文化根基。 学术界普遍关注中国传统伦理是否具有价值、价值有多大以及能否实现其价值。其实有特定的中国传统伦理，就有着中国传统伦理的特定的价值及价值实现路径；如何架起传统与现代之间的桥梁，发挥儒学在日
3、常人生中的作用，笔者认为在于挖掘儒学修身的内涵，发挥教育之功能，塑造现代人所应具有的品质和心理等素质。所以儒家伦理中推崇仁爱原则、强调人际和谐、主张以义导利、强调尊德重行、注重人伦价值等思想便具有当代生命伦理底蕴。 第三部分主要从是在客观分析的基础上仅从生命伦理学超出传统儒学视野的角度说明儒家伦理对当代生命伦理学发展的价值的局限性， 并从自然经济与市场经济的冲突、儒家学说是一种基于心性修养的伦理道德哲学两个方面进行宏观上的原因考量；最后从儒家的生死智慧与当代生命伦理的生死态度、儒家重社会责任与当代生命认知的市场导向、儒家天人合一思想与人发展的多样化走向、儒家的人生秩序和原则与当代生殖方式的改变
4、、儒家见利思义与当代生命伦理技术的商用价值等方面，探讨儒家伦理文化与当下生命伦理的冲突与分歧。 第四部分主要是探讨用儒家伦理思想疏解当前最突出的伦理问题， 并阐明传统儒家伦理对生命伦理的构建作用。 传统儒家伦理在本来意义上较多地重视人生的目标和人生的价值， 而对于人生各阶段中的具体问题关注的并不是很多。 在实际操作中， 其目的理性明显强于工具理性。然而随着时代的前进，促使儒家伦理必须完成由传统到现代的转变，儒家的发展己经中国人民解放军第二军医大学硕士学位论文 - 2 - 开始关注现实人生中每一发展阶段和发展中的每一问题。 论文主要从儒家人际和谐相爱原则与医患关系的宏观调节、 儒家崇德重义的价值
5、认同与医疗体系中义利冲突的缓和、 儒家慎独内省的个人修养与医学主体道德建设的理性回归、 孔子克己复礼的意志约束与对商业化消极因素的抵制等方面阐述传统儒家伦理利用自身价值资源疏解当代生命伦理学的困惑。 诉诸中国传统的伦理资源来回应生命问题，进行具有中国文化特色的探索，既是儒学的价值所在，又是其生命力延续所系。儒学在回应生命问题时，必须超越传统意义上的儒学，实现儒学自身的现代化。 不能停留在传统的时代语境中，仅仅因为技术革命对人类的负面影响，或者引发了当下严重的义利冲突而简单地予以否定，而是应该将其置于以人为本的时代发展大背景下，全盘考虑生命问题。 儒学如果仅仅以人文价值去回应生命问题， 势必会造
6、成科学与人文两种视野的相互拒斥，从而带来儒学对现实人生问题回应的乏力。儒学要想解决生命问题，必然要融合科学知识，承认并肯定科技成果对于人类生存的作用。只有这样，儒学才能正确回应生命问题。 总之，生命伦理的发展既给儒学带来了挑战，也为它的振兴带来了契机。儒学应充分利用自身的价值资源回应生命伦理中急需规范和解决的重大问题。 从回应现实人生中，提高自身的生命力，实现儒学的现代化。 本论文共分4章，约3.3万字，附参考文献90篇。 关键词：关键词：儒家伦理文化，伦理意蕴，生命伦理，理论建构，价值分析 儒家伦理文化对我国当代生命伦理构建的价值研究 - 3 -ABSTRACT Viewing the im
7、portant points, this paper examined the traditional Confucianism culture with admitting that it had been contributed limitedly to the developing function of contemporary bioethics. This study absorbed the essence of Chinese mainstream culture Confucianism ethics, generalized, summarized and promoted
8、 from the perspective of Confucianism ethics, combining with the operability of contemporary bioethics to explore the bioethics implication in the Chinese Confucianism ethics, analyzed the its value for the development of contemporary bioethics, and discussed the question of how can the Confucianism
9、 contribute more to the construction and development of contemporary bioethics. Part one mainly introduced the reason of choosing this subject as well as the background and the significance of the study. The current study on this subject had been reviewed before the direction and purpose of this stu
10、dy was set based on the research fruits. Then the basic concepts were explained and the research methodology and the frame of the paper were briefly introduced. Part two analyzed the prerequisite of the subject, i.e. the value of Confucianism ethics culture, and explicated the reality and possibilit
11、y of inheritance so as to set the logical condition for the subject. And the implication of the Confucianism ethics was explored to reveal the relationship between them and construct the Confucianism cultural foundation of Chinese bioethics. Chinese traditional ethics has been commonly concerned abo
12、ut whether it bore value, to what extent and whether the value could be realized. Actually, as soon as there is specific Chinese traditional ethics, there should be the specific value and the path to the value realization of Chinese traditional ethics. To bridge the tradition and modern life with th
13、e function of Confucianism in daily life, the author held that the internal implication of mental building should be explored to function as an education device to form the psychological quality which modern people should have. Therefore, the thought in Confucianism show its contemporary bioethical
14、meaning with the love principle, harmonious human relationship, interests after justice mind, goodness respect, and human ethics value. Part three explicated the limitation of Confucianism ethics to the development of contemporary bioethics from the perspective of beyond the traditional Confucianism
15、 based on the objective analysis. And this part explored the macro reasons from two aspects, including the clash between the natural economy and the market economy, and the ethical philosophy of Confucianism based on the mental building. Then this part discussed the crash and difference between the
16、Confucianism ethical culture from the aspects of the Confucian attitude toward life, death, wisdom and the contemporary bioethics, the Confucian social responsibility thoughts and the market oriented contemporary life cognition, human and nature maintaining a harmonious relationship and the diversity of human development, the confusion life order and principles as well as the change of the way of contemporary reproduction, and the Confucian inter
