1、 中师美术课程论文:中师美术课程教学中实施有效教学策略研究【中文摘要】改革开放三十多年来,我们国家不仅在经济上获得了高速发展,对教育来说,尤其是基础教育也有了很大的变革。随着国民素质的不断提高,教师在社会中发挥的作用也越来越突出。但是,现阶段的教育教学活动中,教师与学生之间的冲突与矛盾也很突出,教师在教学活动中所付出的辛苦往往得不到学生收获知识的回应,教与学,学与教,没有形成有效的教学平台,因此,我们要说一堂课是否有效,不仅仅考量着每一位教育工作者的水平,更重要的是因为它关系着学生未来的发展。本论文从现阶段中等师范学校美术课堂教学中存在的具体问题出发,立足于中师美术课堂教学研究和小学美术科课堂

2、教学实践,具体阐述了中师美术课堂教学中教师教的策略和学生学的策略,试图寻求提高美术课程教学质量的有效途径。有效教学既是一种理念,更重要的它是一种策略。当它作为一种理念时,有效教学是指教师在遵循教学活动客观规律的基础上,用尽可能少的时间、尽可能小的精力以及尽可能少的物力投入来取得尽可能多的最好的教学效果。有效教学作为一种策略时,就应该体现在师生共同建构的学习活动中,通过师生间积极主动的参与教学这一活动,教师和学生都得到最大程度的进步与发展,进而达到教学使之实现理想的预期效果。中等师范学校作为国民师范教育系列的一个重要组成部分,在其发展的过程中依据自身的特点不断进行相应的调整,但仍存在不少问题,

3、就中师美术课程而言,学生的生源质量差,课程设置的定位不准确,缺乏对学生实际工作能力的培养,教材选择上过于随意等等,这就要求中师美术教育加快适应师范教育改革与发展的要求,结合中师美术课堂具体的教学实践,以现代教育思想理念为指导,系统选择、整理、借鉴现有有效教学经验,对于有效的成功教学活动进行分析与整合,用以指导学生进行有效学习,从而提高教师课堂教学的有效性,并形成一套有效教学策略体系。为了建构美术课堂教学的有效模式,积极开展提高课堂教学有效性,实施优质教育的行动研究,建立以学为本的模式,坚持学为主体,真正做到因材施教,因学施教,让学生发挥自身潜能,积极主动学习,自主自立探究,勇于质疑,善于拓展,
