3、mputers in Education (GCSCE). In the past 14 years, GCCCE has been held respectively in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Chung-Li, Beijing, Nanjing, Hawaii, Michigan and Taipei. It has now been recognized as a major conference for researchers and educators around the world who are interested

4、in Information Communication Technology (ICT) in Education in the Chinese (but not restricted to) communities. GCCCE aims to promote diffusion of educational innovations through setting a platform for educational policy makers, scholars, educators, principals and teachers to share their experiences

5、in area of ICT-based teaching and learning. The 15th Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE2011) is being held during May 29-31, 2011 at Zhejiang University, China. The theme of 2011 conference is ICT-based Educational Innovation. As we all know, ICT has been widely diffused in a

6、ll kinds of educational systems and it has gradually but fundamentally changed our teaching and learning styles. The conference theme implies that ICT has brought about more and more innovative practices in educational arena. To better represent the theme, the conference is further organized into 10

7、 sub-conferences: C1: Mobile Learning and Ubiquitous Learning; C2: Educational Games and Informal Learning; C3: ICT Application in Chinese Language Teaching; C4: Computer Supported Collaborative Learning and Artificial Intelligence in Education; C5: Construction of the Digital Learning Environment a

8、nd Educational Software Design; C6: Digital Measurement and Evaluation; C7: Digital Learning and Corporate Training; C8: ICT Application in Primary and Secondary Education; C9: K-12 Teachers Forums and C9: Doctoral Forum. Overall, we received 1327 submissions. After strict peer review process, about

9、 414 (31.2%) papers were accepted as full papers that could be collected in the proceedings. To organize an international conference like GCCCE is not an easy task. On behalf of the International Program Committee, we would like to thank lots of people who have helped us to make GCCCE2011 possible.

10、Special thanks are given to Local Organizing Committee and Modern Educational Technology Center of Zhejiang University for providing us with excellent human resource and logistic support. We would also like to thank the sub-conference chairs who made great efforts in reviewing papers and organizing

13、学会主办的国际学术会议。在过去 14 年里,GCCCE 大会曾先后在广州、香港、澳门、新加坡、中坜、北京、南京、夏威夷、兰辛和台北举办。如今,GCCCE 大会已成为一个信息与通信技术(ICT)教育应用领域内的全球华裔学者和教育工作者的主要学术聚会。GCCCE 大会的举行,旨在汇聚世界各地教育政策制定者、学者、教育工作者、校长及一线教师,分享有关 ICT 教育应用的实践方法及成功经验,以推动教育信息化的发展,促进教育创新。 第十五届全球华人计算机教育应用大会 (GCCCE 2011)于 2011 年 5 月 29 日至 31 日在浙江大学举行,本次大会的主题是“信息通讯技术促进教育创新” 。众所周知,ICT 已被广泛地应用于各级各类的教育系统,这些技术正逐渐但深刻地改变着我们教与学的方式,大会主题意指 ICT 正为教育领域带来越来越多的创新,不仅表现在技术、方法的创新,更在于教育理念和教育模式
