2、展，桩的种类和型式、施工机具、施工工 艺以及桩基设计理论和设计方法等都在高速演进和发展。目前我国桩基最大入土深度已 达107m，桩径已超过4m。最大扩底桩径超过5m。 由于钻孔灌注桩本身的施工过程及地层条件的差异，桩基质量事故频繁发生。国内 外在实践上常用的桩基处理方法有：注浆法、断桩接桩法、补(加)桩法。目前，国内很 少系统地研究桩基质量控制分析的问题。 本文通过三合国王花园项目钻孔灌注桩的选择、施工过程及关键工艺控制要点，归 纳并较为全面地分析了钻孔灌注桩常见的质量问题及其成因和控制措施，并从现场管理 角度阐述了对桩基础施工过程中的质量控制。关键词关键词 钻孔灌注桩，施工工艺，质量控制沈阳

Based on the Sanhe Kings Garden project of the bored piles choice, the construction process and the key process of the control points, summarized and more comprehensive analysis of the quality of bored piles, common problems and the
