1、I 公路隧道隐伏病害快速无损诊测与安全评价体系构建 摘 要 我国隧道建设起步晚、发展快,目前已成为世界上隧道分布最多的国家。由于隧道特殊的结构,运营过程中存在的诸多因素将造成隧道各类病害出现,严重威胁隧道结构安全以及交通行车安全。对隧道结构病害进行检测及安全 评价成为一项重要工作,但目前我国并没有关于隧道病害检测及评价的统一规范。基于此,本文主要从隧道病害检测方法以及安全评价方法两方面开展研究,为相关规范的编制提供技术支撑。 目前,隧道病害检测方法主要有传统法和无损检测法,本文主要关注无损检测法中的探地雷达检测法,重点研究检测中干扰信号的甄别和压制方法,不同病害的异常特征的判定方法,并初步构建

2、一套完整的无损检测体系。此外,还利用多层次模糊综合评价模型对隧道的安全状态进行定量分析,实现隧道安全等级的判定。 论共分为五章, 第一章主要介绍相关研究现状,研究内容、技术路 线和取得的创新性成果等 。第二章主要介绍探地雷达的理论基础,总结了不同类型隧道隐伏病害形式,通过实测数据和基于 时间域有限差分法的正演模拟数据介绍了隧道病害典型异常特征;构建了隧道隐伏病害无损检测体系, 使得检测过程规范化、系统化,提高了检测效率和精度。 第三章介绍了国内外常用的隧道安全评价理论,提出了隧道安全评价指标选择原则,介绍了确定评价指标权重的层次分析法,基于单层次模糊评判模型和多层次模糊综合评判模型实现了隧道安

3、全的综合判定。 第四章以济南隧道工程为例, 描述了 快速无损检测和安全评价系统 的应用情况,给出了相似 检测工作的实施模板 。 第 五 章 介绍 论文的整体研究结论及下一步工作建议。 本文研究确定的隧道隐伏病害无损探测技术体系和安全评价体系,可实现相关工作的规范化、系统化,提高隧道安全评价的准确度,为相似工程实践提供方法和技术支持。 关键字: 隧道病害 ; 无损检测 ; 安全评价 ; 多层次模糊综合评判理论 II Quick and nondestructive testing and safety evaluation system construction to hidden diseas

At present, detection of tunnel diseases are mainly the traditional method and the nondestructive detection

9、 method, this article mainly uses the ground penetrating radar (GPR) method of non-destructive testing technique, focuses on the detection of jamming signal screening and crushing methods, methods for judging the anomalous characteristics of different diseases, and constructed a set of complete syst

10、em of nondestructive testing. In order to obtain the level of safety of the tunnel, this paper uses the concept of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, through III modeling in the form of a quantitative analysis was carried out on the security status of the channel. The paper is divided

11、 into five chapters, The first chapter introduces the related research, content, technical line and acquired innovative findings. The second chapter mainly introduces the basis theoretical of ground-penetrating radar,sums up the different types of concealed diseases of tunnel on the GPR profile, Thr

12、ough the measured data and based on the finite difference time domain method of forward modeling data, the anomaly characteristics of the typical tunnel disease is introduced. Build a tunnel insidious disease non-destructive testing system, makes the detection process standardization and systematiza

13、tion, improve the detection efficiency and accuracy. The third chapter introduces the theory of safety evaluation at home and abroad, propose the tunnel safety evaluation index selection principle .Introduces the analytic hierarchy process to ascertain the weight of evaluation index, based on the sh

14、eer level fuzzy evaluation model and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for tunnel safety comprehensive judgement. The fourth chapter give jinan tunnel engineering example, describes the rapid application of nondestructive testing and evaluation system of safety evaluation, present

15、e similar inspection work of the implementation of the template. The fifth chapter introduces the overall conclusions of the paper and the next step recommendations. In this paper, study certain tunnel of concealed disease nondestructive detection system and security evaluation system.realize standa

16、rdization and systematization of the related work, improve the accuracy of tunnel safety evaluation, provide methods and techniques support for the similar engineering practice.
