4、边疆的安宁的需要，根据藏区僧俗各派势力分割自据，互不统属、教派林立的局势，明中央政府在册封西藏地方贵族势力的同时，还在藏族地区实行一套特殊的官僚制度（番）僧官制度，也称僧纲制度。西藏地方的僧官制度历经明太祖、成祖，基本定型，至明英宗正统初年进一步订定后，形成一套完整的官僚体系，并在藏区社会各方面发挥其特殊的功能。西藏地方的僧官制度是明王朝在深刻认识藏族地区政治形势之下制定的，不但继承蒙元统治藏族地区的一些优点，还在遵从当地民俗的基础之上有所发展，突出明王朝自己对藏族地区的统治特色。本论文首先概述明王朝在藏族地区建立僧官体制，分几个阶段对此进行表述，意在论述明王朝对藏政策逐步成熟的过程。继而论述
5、明王朝对西藏地方僧官系统的管理，把朝贡制度单独列出来讲，是为突出明王朝利用这种羁縻手段来维持僧官系统的有效运作。论文接下来从三个方面对西藏地方僧官体制进行探讨。首先是对藏族地区僧官与俗官的政治、社会关系及僧官的职能进行探讨。作为同时存在于藏族地区的两种官僚体制，僧、俗官僚的关系是非常复杂的，经常你中有我，我中有你，娇柔相杂。藏族僧官的职能也很复杂，涉及藏区政治、经济、宗教和社会的方方面面，本文只做粗略的探讨。接着论文论述了明王朝在西藏地方分封僧官对西藏各教派的影响。列举当时影响较大的萨迦、噶玛噶举、格鲁及世俗权力极大的帕竹教派。格鲁派以其强大倡导改革的势头独领藏区宗教发展的新潮流，成为西藏地方
6、宗教之首。最后，论文就明王朝为何要推行僧官制度进行讨论，站在明中央统治者的立足点上看待这一问题，从现实形势和民族特点上加以分析。论文总共分六大部分，除掉绪言和结语，主体内容以以上四大部分加以论述。关键词：明朝 僧官 朝贡 寺阀 多封众建77Abstract：In order to complete unification of the country, even the resistance of the Mongol tribes in northern aggression and attacks, to ensure the peace of thewester frontier, ac

Not only It inherited some advantages of the rule in Tibetan of the Yuan Dynasty, but also highlight itself characteristics of the Ming dynasty to rule Tibetan basis on the development of the local customs. 10、monk official system in the Tibetan, which were expressed in several stages, that is intended to discuss the Tibetan policies of the Ming Dynasty and the course of which gradually mature. The paper discusses the management system of Ming Dynasty monk officials and in terms of the tributary system se
