1、高中英语三班简报 (青岛十九中承办),夏日里的一缕清风,编 者 寄 语,假期培训已进行到第四天,这次远程培训,管理有张有弛、尽管专家离我们很远,相隔千里,但我们又离的很近,我们的所思所想得到专家的随时指导;在学习的日子里,我们通过网络和全省十万名教师一起听课,面对面地交流,在网上分享信息这样的学习跨越时空,这样的管理灵活多样,这样的方式创新大胆。 四天的学习中我们最深的感受是又一次沐浴在课程教学改革的春风中,虽然学习任务较重,但我们学到了宝贵的新理念、新技能,在培训过程中我们不断地充实自己、提升自己、完善自己。更重要的是,我们又离教改的方向近了一大步。几天的的培训带给我们的是触动、启迪与信心。

2、班级中也不断涌现出许多优秀作业,在此与大家共同学习。,评价一个成功教师的标准,重要的不是看你教没教会学生某个公式,某个概念,而是学生通过对这门课程和学科兴趣度和热爱度。 教师应十分注意调动和迎合学生的兴趣,运用幽默,故事和诙谐的语言吸引学生的注意力。 好的教师还要特别注意启发式和讨论式教学,这种美国式的渗透式教育不在于给学生什么明确的、系统的知识,而主要是让学生通过一点一滴的体会进行学习,形成学生的独立思考和创造能力。 事实上,教书就是一个表演,你预先得有个设计,预备这堂课讲点什么,而且还要了解到什么听众容易听进去,什么话听众不容易听进去,评价一堂课好不好,最重要的是看有没有更多的学生对这个课
