1、设计理念Design Concept1绿色交通城市形象概念：Green traffic根据居民出行特征，结合环境和用地功能，采用相应的绿色交通方式，组织绿色交通。Green traffic means to make urban transportation more efficient and environmentally friendly through better planning and organization. To achieve this, the authority must analyze the existing traffic pattern, urban envi

3、, the traffic control can be optimized by forbidding left turn and right turn at some crossroads.道路系统布局Planning of road system1.城市道路系统布局Overall planning of urban road system道路级别：按主干道、次干道、支路的三级组配。主干道红线宽40-50米，次干道红线宽30-40米，支路红线宽15-30米，布置3-4条机动车道。Road classes: Major roads can be divided into three clas
4、ses: trunk road, secondary trunk road and branch road. The breadth (between red lines) of trunk roads is 40 to 50 meters, the breadth of secondary trunk roads 30 to 40 meters and branch roads 15 to 30 meters. 5、dl 支路Branch road2.居住区道路布局Planning of roads in residential area 居住区道路分三级，分别为居住区级道路、小区级道路和组团级道路，居住区级道路红线宽15-30米，为城市支路所替代。小区级道路宽8-12米，布置1-2机动车道，组团级道路宽5-6米。主要道路断面均为一幅路式。The roads in residential area are divided into 3 classes: residential area trunk roads, residential area branch roads and housing clust
6、er roads. The breadth of residential area trunk roads is 15 to 30 meters. In fact, the branch roads of urban road system act as the residential area trunk roads. The breadth of residential area branch roads is 8 to 12 meters, with 1 to 2 automobile lanes. The breadth of housing cluster roads is 5 to

8、系统。A pedestrian path of 3 to 5 meters in breadth shall be built along the bank of river/lake or surrounding a scenic spot at the inner side of urban greenbelt. It will form a harmonious urban landscape with the real eastate area in the west. The two areas complement each other in terms of functions. As a
12、part of the city green belt system, the green belts in the area will be constructed along the banks of the rivers passing the area.位于规划区西部，毗邻旅游经济区和中心行政区。规划区设置不同档次居住组团，同时配合大面积绿色开敞空间形成“绿色的流动”，串联起各居住组团和商贸、娱乐区。Located in the west of the planned area, adjacent to the tourism zone and the downtown area. Large open areas of plantation will be constructed to fill the empty space between residential clusters and clusters of commercial buildings and recreational venues. 位于规划区东北部。依托分区规划确定发展工业园区、科研、商业服务及商业金融设施，构成以交通站点为导向
14、的公共建筑群。Located in the northeast of the planned area. According to the overall planning, this area will be used to build industrial parks and facilities for science research, commerce and financial service. The building clusters will be planned in a way that is conducive to convenient transportation.
15、位于规划区东南部，紧邻中心行政区，拥有良好的地理区位优势。以东西向为轴线，在行政中心区辐射带动下，有利汇聚人气，展示城市形象，带动城市整体发展。Located in the southeast of the planned area, adjacent to the downtown area. It has a favorable geographic location. Benifiting from the radiation effect of the downtown area, this area is likely to become prosperous in a short
