1、小区信息管理系统摘要：经过几年的发展，我们国家的生活水平非常的好，大众手里面的钱变多了，现在人有钱了就喜欢买房子，因为现在的经济原因，好多人买房子的要求也提高了，对小区的设备，服务等等都有了很高的要求，这样就需要小区的物业公司需要很棒的能力和专业的服务能力，这样才能为小区打造一个很舒服，住的放心，环境安静的生活环境。物业公司在进行物业管理的时候不需要太多的人，也不需要太多的钱，还要提高物业公司的管理和服务的能力，在现在社会，用现在的科技，可以打造一个信息化管理的小区。这篇文章本人分析了外国和我们国家小区物业的管理状况，还有他们现在信息化管理的情况，这篇文章还讲了用信息化系统进行物业化管理的作用

14、在是人们主要关心的问题。现在在城市里面基本上都是小区，人们对小区的要求是很高的，不仅仅是小区的环境，还有小区现在的物业管理情况好不好。现在小区的物业管理直接影响小区的住户对小区的满意程度。现在小区里面存在很多问题，小区住户和小区物业公司的矛盾也是不断，经常会在新闻上面看到小区物业问题的新闻。特别是在小区收费问题上面小区住户和物业公司的矛盾是最多的。这些问题我们都不能忽视，物业问题十分严重小区住户的居住体验，需要一个更好的物业管理方法。以前旧的物业管理方法已经不能满足现在的小区住户的要求，老规矩也只制约了新的物业管理制度和服务的发展，现在要和时代同步，使用高科技来提升小区的住户的居住体验，用现在
15、的电脑和新的物业管理办法用在一起，把这一理念发展成为以后小区的发展方向。在现在的情况来说，即使很多小的小区使用计算机进行管理，也是仅仅是物业公司里面的工作用到电脑，比如物业公司自己的人事处理，房产方面的管理，还有住户信息的登记等等，物业公司才会用到计算机。像小区里面的居民投诉，回访服务，还有小区里面一些公共的使用地方的维护和修理情况很少通过计算机平台来公示或者解决。那些关于小区收费的管理办法小区就更没有使用电脑来解决和处理这方面的事情了。这样的物业管理办法缺少了很多细节地方，对住户的服务业没有到位，不利于小区物业的管理，也是造成很多问题的源泉。科学技术发展的越来越快，现在公司的管理需要利用计算
