Level A surface(The terminal user care about it): 1.The front and side
4、 surfaces of the products that is visible after assembling. 产品B级面(非最终客户关注的等级面)： 1. 成品的背面、贴到天花板或墙的一面. 2. 以附件包形式随成品出货的材料表面. Level B surface(Clients care about but not the terminal ): 1.Back of the products, towards the surfaces of ceiling or wall. 2.The surfaces of accessory shipping with finish goods
5、. 产品C级面(客户不拆开成品时看不到的等级面)： 1. 产品内表面、切断面、材料做成成品后看不到的表面. 一般不做质量要求 Level C surface(Clients cant the surfaces if they dont dismantle the products ): 1.Inner and cut surfaces, other surfaces unable to see after assembling. 7、nt see by using the right inspection method. 使用标准和样品都无法准确判断时，请和负责该产品的SQE确认. Ask SQE for further confirmation if cant give judgment from the criteria or samples. 可量化检验的缺陷项目同一面内超过2种则不接受. (例如一个面内有划伤、磨损、点缺陷，即使都符合，也算不良品). The kinds of defects in the same surface cant be greater than two. (eg. There are s
8、cratch, abrasion and dot defects in the same surface, it is a defect even they all meet the specification.) A级面：当材料面积36-80cm2时，可量化缺陷只能有1种且不超过1处；当材料面积小于36cm2时，外观不可有缺陷.,LS SH, 2014/08/05,9,Glossary,术语 Glossary 划伤：因外力作用发生在产品表面的痕迹或凹痕(线状). 分为有感划伤和无感划伤. 区分有感划伤和无感划伤：指甲划过痕迹时明显停顿或目视已漏底材为有感划伤 磨损：材料表面因相互摩擦造成的粗
9、糙痕迹区域. 针孔：漆膜干燥后表面形成类似针尖扎过的小孔. 麻点：电镀后在金属表面由小点、小坑形成的点阵 异物：材料在做表面处理时混入到表面的小颗粒.目视有明显凸起 杂质：比异物小，目视不易察觉. 脏污：加工过程中沾染到的油污或污渍. 水印：电镀表面因水流过未及时擦干而留下的痕迹 以上可量化缺陷可根据标准判断OK或NG,LS SH, 2014/08/05,10,Glossary,术语 Glossary 裂纹：材料自然产生的或由外力造成的裂痕 起皮：电镀层与基材表面自然分离脱落. 腐蚀(生锈/氧化)：材料表面发生化学反应而产生的白斑、黑斑或红斑等. 掉漆：漆膜自然剥落或因外力而破坏漆层. 变形：
