11、处理施工方案建 设 单 位：惠州大亚湾东圳房地产有限公司工 程 地 点：惠州市惠阳区大亚湾工 程 名 称：龙光城北区四期 深圳市正强基础建设工程有限公司2014年05月15日 一、工程检测情况概述 根据广东省惠州大亚湾质检站对龙光城北区四期104、105栋塔楼桩基检测及钻芯结果来看，有40根桩桩底部沉碴约0.060.5m不等，不能满足设计和施工规范要求，具体桩号见附表。 具体处理方案见下述方案,按设计、检测、监理、建设等相关单位的意见及根据我公司多项工程桩处理经验，特提出高压注浆处理施工方案，具体如下：二、处理方案(一)、施工原理利用检测时的钻探抽芯孔和补强孔，对桩底有缺陷部分采用压力清水冲洗
12、、将桩底有缺陷部分的充填物及其混合物冲洗，形成较小的颗粒及泥浆，然后利用一定浓度的压力水泥浆将冲洗部分置换出来，使桩底形成水泥浆固结体，以达到置换补强的目的。（二）、施工步骤抽芯施工 压力清水冲洗清孔 水泥浆液配压力注浆 补浆 检测交付使用（三）、施工工艺及参数1、测量定位：根据检测报告、抽芯情况及高压注浆补强的要求，采用2-3个补强孔对桩基进行补强，如果原抽芯孔不足或抽芯孔位置不合适，需要增加补强孔，3个补强孔成品字形排列。2、补强孔成孔施工： 1）主要材料水泥浆：采用强度等级为42.5的优质普通硅酸盐水泥与清水配制而成，水泥浆液水灰比为0.51，刚开始注浆水灰比选大值，即按着先稀后浓的原则
13、配制浆液。为加快进度，施工现场采取按水泥用量的2%加入7天早强剂的措施。2）主要施工机具高压泵（压力35MPa）2台套、钻机（钻芯、旋喷两用）4台套、空气压缩机1台、配浆箱2个、钻杆及高压胶管喷射器等一批。3）施工主要参数序号项目数量单位1清水旋喷喷射压力13MPa排量7590L/min旋转速度1028r/min提升速度1015cm/min2旋喷注浆喷射压力12MPa排量6075L/min旋转速度1520r/min提升速度1215cm/min 4）钻孔布置在桩顶等边布设23个钻孔（以桩中心为圆心，直径为1540cm左右的圆周上），钻孔取芯至缺陷部分以下50cm，仔细分析缺陷处芯样，查明了缺陷位
14、置和范围。3、施工工艺流程定位钻孔预埋孔口管高压清水旋转喷射清洗压风机气举清渣缺陷段高压注浆孔口补浆孔口压浆。1）定位钻孔根据钻芯取样的一个孔位能满足要求，另进行补钻两个孔。根据注浆孔布置图定出另两个孔位，将钻机移至孔位上进行钻孔。2）高压清水旋转喷射清洗钻孔完毕后，从各孔中分别放下高压喷射器，在各桩端持力层缺陷段上下往复进行高压旋转喷射切割清洗，切割清洗范围自缺陷段上下各增加0.5m。喷射清洗时喷管提升速度为10cmmin，旋进速度为20转/min，一孔进行切割清洗而另一孔有水溢出时可认定缺陷部位已打通，可换另外二孔，直至3个孔全部打通。钻孔之间连通后，压入清水利用水循环将废渣排出桩身，当出
15、水口的水由浊变清时，再换其它孔轮流处理，直至所有的孔水流都为清水时，切割清洗工作结束。3）高压注浆切割清洗完成后，用高压水泥浆在缺陷段范围内，往复进行高压喷射，使各桩缺陷段的碎石、岩块、中粗砂与水泥浆液充分搅拌混合。喷浆时以孔口返浆浓度与进浆浓度基本一致，即可停止喷浆。4、浆液用量的计算Q=kD Dh/4 式中：Q单根桩压浆量估算值（m3）； k浆液注入系数，k取1.2； D分别为桩身设计桩径（m）； h缺陷部位处理总高度； 桩底浆液扩散系数，取=35。5、注浆压力控制注浆压力不能超过持力层的地基强度和桩身混凝土的抗压强度，本标段桩基均为嵌岩桩，注浆压力为13Mpa，压浆稳定压时间812min。6、注浆终止条件对于桩底注浆，注浆量达到计算注浆量后，即可停止注浆，或注浆压力增加12MPa，稳压5min后压浆阻力仍然很大时即可停止注浆。当桩顶另一钻孔中冒浆也可立即停止注浆，表明注浆已满足要求。四）、施工注意事项1、 钻孔定位要准确，钻机安装平稳牢固，机座水平，立轴垂直，做到
