5、号FH/ON/MS/PR 2008-1111版本A日期2008-11-11最近更新日期2008-11-11页数2批准 FH/ON/A审核 FH/ON 机密等级公开文件类型内部技术规范归档Y关于5116-02设备在“上联口做了TRUNK配置”时下语音配置或重启IAD引起业务中断问题的讲明【故障现象】 5116-02设备在使用GSWC4.37版本后，每次在网管上下语音业务配置时，经常出现ONU上报MGC链路断开的告警，同时语音业务中断，然后2-40分钟后恢复正常。【故障缘故】 该问题的缘故：当OLT上联口做了TRUNK配置后，假如TRUNK组中的一个端口先断开再连上就会导致该上联口到AC16的通道
6、打开，这时AC16ARP列表里就学习到上游网关的IP地址，如此当给ONU下语音配置或者IAD重启，ONU重新发ARP请求MGC的IP地址时，AC16会进行代答，从而导致IAD和MGC之间的通信不正常，业务的中断。【解决方法】如再出现类似问题请按以下步骤处理：1、 从网管上TELNET到AC16盘的命令行中：Config#show arp如发觉AC16的ARP表中包含上游网关的IP，则与此次故障缘故相同2、 确认是此问题后，必须到OLT设备侧，先用串口登到GSWCAdminlll 进DEBUG目录Admin(DEBUG_H) read egress 1Source Unit 0 Source p
