1、中南民族大学 硕士学位论文 新建本科院校专业建设研究 姓名:杨喆 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:教育经济与管理 指导教师:田恩舜 20080525 中南民族大学硕士研究生学位论文 I 摘 要 1 9 9 9年我国高等教育开始大规模扩招, 为弥补扩招所带来的教育资源的不 足一批新的本科院校便在近几年应运而生呈异军突起之势这批新建本科院 校大多由原来专科高校领域中的佼佼者合并或升格而成在本科教育方面起步晚 底子薄本科专业建设任务十分艰巨 新建本科院校专业建设工作经过几年的发展虽然取得了一定的成绩但是 又面临着一系列亟待研究和解决的问题且目前针对新建本科院校专业建设的研 究还比较薄弱因此本题目具有重大的

2、现实意义和理论价值 本文在系统总结专 业建设理论的基础之上分析新建本科院校专业建设中存在的主要问题探讨针 对这些问题的对策以期能为新建本科院校的可持续发展提供参考 论文共分为四部分 第一部分阐明新建本科院校专业建设研究的意义并在对大量文献进行总 结提炼的基础之上概括出新建本科院校专业建设研究的现状并明确研究内容 和方法 第二部分专业建设的理论研究辨析了专业和专业建设的概念提出了新 建本科院校的定义充分论述了专业建设的基本理论问题新建本科院校应该明 确学校定位的准确是进行专业建设的前提条件其专业建设应以学科建设为基 础以社会需求为导向以课程建设为核心遵循实事求是服务性动态性 超前性等原则同时其还

3、面临着身份新地方性和单科性的制约这就要求新建 本科院校的专业建设在遵循教育的基本规律的基础上走出一条创新之路 第三部分针对新建本科院校的专业建设的现状分析新建本科院校的专业 建设取得了一定的成绩但是还存在着专业建设规划不到位重专业设置轻专业 建设专业口径较窄专业趋同师资队伍建设不完善专业建设与课程建设脱 节等问题这些问题的存在主要是由于其对自身办学定位不准确学校各级领导 对专业建设重视不足对专业建设和学科建设的关系处理欠妥经费投入不足 本科意识缺乏等原因造成的 第四部分对加强新建本科院校专业建设的思考通过对专科教育和本科教 育的比较以及对新建本科院校和老牌本科院校的对比明确了新建本科院校以本

4、科教育为主立足地方面向社会服务全国培养高级应用型人才的教学型大 学的定位在此基础之上其专业建设应坚持与时俱进主动适应社会与经济的 发展按照培养厚基础宽口径高素质创新型的高级应用型人才为目标 的教学型大学的基本要求以学生为本培养学生自主学习和创新的能力形成 新建本科院校专业建设研究 II 合理的专业结构的同时注重内涵发展的指导思想针对存在的问题新建本科院 校要用系统的观点来看待专业建设工作以学生为主明确责任制努力拓宽融 资渠道做好专业建设规划加强师资队伍建设加强学科建设和课程建设创 新教学管理机制建立以市场为导向的专业发展遴选机制社会参与的专业发展 决策机制专业发展重点建设机制完善专业建设评估体

5、系 关键词新建本科院校专业专业建设 中南民族大学硕士研究生学位论文 III Abstract In 1999, higher education in our country is becoming extending cosmically, in order to make up the shortage of educational resource, some newly-established colleges have been emerged as the times require, and this new force suddenly rises. Most of these

6、 newly-established colleges are merged or ascended by outstanding ones of three-year colleges. They have been arisen late than other colleges or universities and gotten a weak basic, so, their task for specialty construction is really hard. Although the newly-established colleges acquire several ach

7、ievements, they face a series of problems which need investigate and dispose earnestly, at present, the research about n ewly-established colleges specialty construction still weakly. As a result, this theme is provided with important realistic meaning and academic merit. This paper are on the basic

8、 of summing up theory system for s pecialty construction, analyzing the main problems in newly-established colleges specialty construction, discussing the countermeasure for specialty construction, in order to offer reference for newly-established colleges longtime development. This paper includes f

9、our parts: Part 1: The author expounds the meaning of investigation on newly-established colleges specialty construction, and generalizes the actuality of investigation on newly-established colleges specialty construction which is based on a great deal of literature, moreover, defines the content an

10、d method of the investigation. Part 2: The investigation on theory of specialty construction. The author differentiates and analyzes the concept of the specialty and the specialty construction, advancing the definition of newly-established colleges, dissertating the theory of specialty construction

11、plentifully. The newly-established colleges should definitude that the precondition of specialty construction is the exact orientation, their specialty construction should based on subject construction and guided on social requirement, taking course construction as the kernel, following the principl

12、e which means practical and realistic, service, dynamic and forward. At the same time, those colleges take these characteristics, such as newly-established, local and single-subject. So, the newly-established colleges specialty construction should follow the basic educational principle and innovate

13、a new way. Part 3: Analyzing the reality of n ewly-established colleges specialty construction. 新建本科院校专业建设研究 IV Actually, the newly-established colleges gain several definite achievements, but they still have some problems such as lack layout of specialty construction, think much of specialty settin

14、g, make light of s pecialty construction, narrow specialty range, many same specialties, faulty construction of teachers, specialty construction and course construction are disjointed. Mostly, the reason is that the newly-established colleges dont take exact orientation; their leaders dont pay much

15、attention to specialty construction and their disposal of dealing with specialty construction and subject construction are not proper; lack of outlay for specialty construction, short of sense for undergraduate course and so on. Part 4: Considering for strengthen the specialty construction of newly-

16、established colleges. Comparing the three-years education and four-years education, and also comparing n ewly-established colleges with other colleges and universities, in order to define the orientation of college, that is, take teaching as the main task.
