1、华北电力大学（保定） 硕士学位论文 高校教材管理及其评价系统的研究与应用 姓名：刘宁 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：计算机技术 指导教师：胡朝举 2011-06 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 高校教材管理工作是高校教学工作的重要组成部分。随着计算机网络技术的迅 猛发展，单机版的教材管理系统已经不能胜任高校教材管理工作的需要。同时校园 网的建设为学校处理、加工、传播各种信息提供了载体，它以极高的传输速度、友 好的交互性能以及良好的开放性等特点越来越受到人们的青睐，成为建设网络化教 材管理系统的基础。传统的教材管理系统只是考虑到教材管理的工作，很少涉及到 教材的评价。教材质量体现着高等教育和科
2、学研究的发展水平，也直接影响着教学 质量，因此有必要将教材评价纳入到教材管理中来。 本文以我校为蓝本，主要采用 B/S 结构、SQL SERVER 数据库、ASP 动态网页 技术和层次分析法与特尔斐法相结合的评价方法，开发一套基于网络的具有行之有 效、操作简单、实用性和交互功能强的教材管理及其评估系统。利用本系统，教师 可以在线及时了解教材订购、教材到书、教师用书发放、对教材进行评价以及所用 教材评价情况，学生可以了解书费使用情况、可以对所用教材进行评价，加强了各 方面的理解和沟通。 本文主要工作：根据我校教材部门的工作流程，分析工作人员、学生、教师各 方面的需求，依据需求分析确定系统中各个模
3、块的设计，对系统的体系结构进行了 具体研究，阐述了系统的主要模块应具备的功能和各个模块的工作流程，以及实现 系统中重要模块功能的方法，并通过实例详细介绍评价教材的方法。 通过高校教材管理及其评价系统可以解决教材管理中存在的诸多问题，提高教 材管理的水平和质量，使我校教材管理更加规范化，实现自动化、网络化的管理， 实现高效、高质量的教材管理，更好地服务于教学；通过评价教材能及时、有效地 掌握教材的质量，为选取优秀教材奠定良好的基础。 关键词：高校教材管理；评价系统；教材评估；层次分析法 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract University teaching college te

16、会成倍 增加。 如果利用教材管理系统来管理教材工作， 将会大大提高工作效率和工作质量。 目前的教材管理系统都是针对教材管理工作内容，很少涉及到教材的评估，而 教材质量体现着高等教育和科学研究的发展水平，也直接影响着教学质量，因此有 必要将教材评价纳入到教材管理中来。传统的教材评价方式通常采用问卷调查方 式，通过复印大量的问卷，采用集中式让教师和学生去填写问卷或涂卡，这样在评 价的时效性、数据处理的直观和准确性、可操作性等方面都给教材管理者带来诸多 不便。 通过建立新型的基于网络的教材管理与评价系统，可以切实解决上述教材管理 中存在的诸多问题，从而提高教材管理的水平和质量，实现高效、高质量的教材管 理，使高校的教材管理更加规范化，实现自动化、网络化的管理，更好地服务于教 学。 本课题主要采用 B/S 结构、SQL SERVER 数据库、ASP 动态网页技术和 AHP （层次分析法）与特尔斐法（专家调查法）相结合的评价方法，开发一套具有行之 有效、操作简单、实用性和交互功能强的
