2、程及其机制， “当然”的语义特征、句法功能、语用功 能和语篇功能等为具体研究内容，拟对其进行历时和共时上的多角度考察。全文内容主要 有以下几部分： 零 引言。这一部分简述了“当然”的研究概况和存在的问题，明确了本文的研究内 容，着重考察了语气副词“当然”的基本语义和所表示的语气及其小类划分。综合各家说 法，我们认为， “当然”的基本语义是表示说话人或叙述人对一个事实或结论的肯定，带 有肯定语气的语气副词。在实际语料中，其肯定语气又有三种不同的表现：强调性肯定语 气、补充性肯定语气、回应性肯定语气。 一、 “当然”的语法化过程和语法化机制。这一部分运用语法化理论，对“当然”的 历时演变进行梳理，

3、其发展演变经历了三个时期： （一）东汉至隋唐时期，为“当然”的 产生酝酿期。 （二）宋元时期，为“当然”的发展变革期。 （三）明清时期，为“当然”的 突破稳定期。在对“当然”的语法化机制的考察上，主要从四个方面来解释其语法化动因： （一） “当然”句法位置的改变。 （二） “当然”句法结构的改变。 （三）语境的影响。 （四） 词义的泛化。 二、 “当然”的语义指向。这部分内容，我们根据副词的语义指向分析就是分析副词 与其他语言成分的语义联系，语义上或联系句子或联系成分的观点，考察了“当然”的前 指和后指，得出了一些倾向性规律： （1）语气越弱、辖域越大、语法化程度越低的“当然” ， 越倾向于前

4、指； （2）语气越强、辖域越小、语法化程度越高的“当然” ，越倾向于后指。 三、 “当然”的句法和句法特征。这部分内容，我们考察了“当然”的句法位置、句 法功能、对句类的选择、移位和隐现及其功能差异。 “当然”的句法位置很灵活，既可以 位于句中、句首、句尾，也可以位于篇首和篇中。句法功能上既可以连接成分、分句、句 子，也可以连接语篇，甚至自成语篇。 “当然”对句类的选择自由度，与其句法位置、句 法分布和语法化程度有关。 “当然”可以从句中移位至句首，也可以从句首移位至句中； 在实际语料中， “当然”可以出现，也可以潜隐，甚至必不出现。功能上，移位前和移位 后、出现时和潜隐时，都会导致语用和语篇

5、功能的差异。 四、 “当然”的语用功能和语用机制。这一部分内容，我们根据“当然”所在语言单 位的语境，详细考察了“当然”的四种语用功能：表述功能、评价功能、强调功能、回应 功能。从语法化程度、主观性程度、信息与焦点、标记话题等四个角度考察了其语用机制， II 认为“当然”的语用功能与其语法化程度、主观化程度、标记话题的程度、信息焦点有关。 五、 “当然”的语篇和语篇功能。本部分内容，我们首先界定了“当然”的语篇和语 篇功能，认为语篇是指篇章、段落、话轮、句子、短语、词， “当然”的语篇功能就是衔 接前后或上下语篇。然后考察了“当然”的语篇功能类型，根据“当然”所处的语言单位， 认为“当然”有三

6、种衔接类型：句内衔接、句际衔接、篇际衔接，并分别考察了衔接内容 之间的语义关系。在前人语篇分析理论的基础上，我们对“当然”的语篇功能机制及其功 能强弱做了力所能及的探讨，认为语气副词的语篇功能及其强弱程度不仅是共时上的表 现，也是历时上的结果；不仅是元语增量的诱发，也是交际表达上的需要；不仅是其意义 的决定，也是其语气的选择。 关键词：当然；语气副词；语义；功能；语法化 III Inspection of the Word “Inspection of the Word “DangranDangran” from Various Aspects” from Various Aspects Na

11、Comparing every family statements, we think dangrans fundamental meaning is to express the certainty of a fact or conclusion, a certain modal adverb. Chapter.The course of grammaticalization and mechanism on dangran This part applys grammaticalization theory to card the evolution on dangran,the development and evolution has experienced three periods: (1) Eastern Han Dynasty to Sui-Tang dynasty.This period is the time of
