1、广州市小学英语五年级上册Module 5 Zoo animalsUnit 13 They Are Going to the Zoo Work with Language一、 教学内容分析本课是 UNIT 13 的第二课时,是巩固课,主要学习的内容是有关动物的单词和规劝用语 Dont。本课的主要话题是动物,学生比较有兴趣,而且由于在以前接触过动物的话题,M3 里面也学过了表示规劝的句型“You cant You mustnt ,因而在上这节巩固课时要充分利用知识的前后练习,通过固旧而引新,不断引导学生回忆并进行复习、巩固、归纳和总结。本节课的单词较多,在单词教学的时候要注意趣味性和语音规律性,通

2、过已学的语音规律去引导学生拼读新单词。二、 教学目标1.语言知识:Vocabulary 词汇: giraffe, elephant, deer, snake, lion, bear, polar bear, throw, thing, photograph, litterSentences 句型:Do you like? Dont + verbDaily Express 习惯用语:Dont + verb.句式。Grammar 语法:在现实生活中能正确地运用动物名称及祈使句。Phonetic 语音:2.语言技能:运用英语询问各人的日常生活安排及月份的表达3 .情感态度:教育学生遵守做规章制度的好

3、学生和好公民。4.学习策略:能结合周围环境或运用网上查找等方式学习与动物相关的知识。5.文化意识:了解中西方文化背景的异同。三、教学重、难点1.本课时表示动物的单词及 Dont + verb.句式的运用。2.Dont + verb.句式的熟练运用。以上两点,可以围绕话题和句子,增加新单词的出现率,让学生在滚动式的练习中逐渐巩固和掌握新知识。四、 教学策略运用温故而知新、循序渐进的方法,创设情景引入,配合游戏、媒体、动作和表情,运用学生表演、操练、讨论的形式进行情景教学。五、 教学媒体自制教学课件,动物的图片,练习纸。六、 教学过程(一) Warming up1. Rhyme: Five lit

Free talk to lead in the title: M5 U13 Work with LanguageT: What is the Rhyme talking about?Ss: Monkeys,T: Yes, where can we see the monkeys in Guangzhou?Ss: In the zoo.T: Yes , today were going to talk about the zoo animals. Please read the title .Monkey is a kind of zoo animals ,toda

5、y were going to the zoo to see more zoo animals. But what animals can we see in the zoo? Lets play a game .(二)Revision and presentation1.Guessing game to review the words and present the new words about animals.(1) Play CAI to show the Ss the voice of the animals.frog, bear , polar bear , lion , sna

6、ke.(2) Have a S to act like the animals.tiger , panda, monkey.(3) Have some Ss to describe the charaters of the animals or put something to cover the body of the animals ,only show some parts of the animals .kangaroo, bird, deer, giraffe,elephant用以上几种形式进行这个游戏:1、一人做动作,其他人猜;2、播放动物的声音,让学生猜出是动物;3、老师出示图片

7、,遮住身体的一部分,让其他学生猜。4. 让学生描述动物的特征,其他人猜动物。2.Present the new words of the animals ,have the Ss learn the new words about the animals ,read and spell them.bear , polar bear,lion, snake, deer, elephant , giraffe.教新单词的时候指导学生根据字母或者字母组合的规律拼读单词,同时注意与型、音相近的单词作比较。3.Flash game to review the words .(CAI)4Have Ss t

8、o open their books at P.61,look at the pics in EX.1 and say the name of the animals.(又或者让学生事先把该题上的动物写上编号,老师说编号,学生说单词,或者个别学生说编号,其他学生说动物的名称,以达到认读动物单词与图片的目标。)5. Learn more rules according the CAI.(1)课件播放一些不文明行为,让学生说出劝告的用语。 (全班小组个人男孩,女孩)不同的操练形式尽量让每个人都有机会在课堂上说出劝告用语。(2) 课件播放的最后 4 个不文明的行为,让学生在小组内作简单的对话。Eg: A: What is he/she doing?B: He/She is picking flowers/cutting the tree/feeding the elephant/sleeping on the bench.A and B: Hey , dont pick fl

12、owers / cut the tree/feed the animals in the zoo/sleep on the bench.9. Reaction Games:操练 Dont (1)老师说指令,学生根据指令作出相反的动作。(2)个别学生说指令,其他学生作动作,(3)个别学生作动作,其他学生说出劝告的话语。(三)Consolidation and development1.Have the Ss discuss the school rules in groups, write down on the paper.CAI show what to do and how to do.2
