As such, each department should support.附录B 外文文献翻译为东北旅居车专用汽车产业发展与结构调整进言近年来我国专用汽车发展很快，仅东北5省的专用汽车生产企业数量即已达到90家，其中，辽宁50家，吉林25家，黑龙江15家。2004年专用汽车产销量，扬州中集通华、驻马店华骏等少数企业均超过10000辆，建厂没几年的梁山东岳也超过5000辆，而东北地区企业中，最高的也就1000多辆，而大多数企业为300500辆，有的不到50辆，个别的10辆都不到。沈阳25家企业产销量还不如梁山东岳1个厂。关于产品品种，梁山东岳达到110多个，而辽
16、宁省的企业中较多的才10多个，有的才两三个。个别生产企业的工程技术人员组成和产品质检机构不完善、不健全，这些厂居然也是国家定点的专用汽车生产企业。有的企业定位于并单一生产厢式车。厢式车的品种有很多，如翼展车、鸡雏车、挂肉车、海关监管车、流动舞台车、邮政车、工程维修车、技术质检车、保温车、冷藏车，等等。厢体材料国外已采用铝合金、塑料、玻璃钢等轻质材料，车厢由5块板SKD或全拆散装件CKD组装而成。东北地区只有长春国富等两三家企业采用这种方式。长春国富的翼展车等产品曾出口到日本等多个国家。目前，用于保温、冷藏、冷冻运输的带分舱结构的厢式车，生产者还很少；采用传送系统的自装卸式厢式车的生产者更少。有的企业只生产栏板式半挂车。其实半挂车种类也很多，如厢式半挂车、运煤半挂车、低平板半挂车、凹心半挂车、集装箱半挂车、集装箱骨架半挂车、车辆运输半挂车、自卸半挂车、用于油品化学品散装水泥运输的罐式半挂车，等等。有的厂子10年来只生产栏板半挂车。半挂车大梁已发展到用16锰钢板焊接式结构
