Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207

6、 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. -Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions perfo

7、rmance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. -Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. 11、ion of production safety and the Olympic Games and other脱硫箱罐和地坑池防腐施工技术方案一、施工准备1.1、准备与本工程施工及验收相关的技术规范和标准。1.2、制定详细、具体施工方案、施工工期、施工工艺。1.3、准备齐全各种施工记录、隐蔽工程验收记录等。1.4、现场材料临时存放处,乙方应设置明显的禁火及易燃易爆等危险标示。1.5、乙方各种设备和机械、电器设备等应设置明显安全标志。二、设备的表面处理2.1 、加工的构件和制品,应验收合格后,方可进行表面处理。2.2 、钢材表面的毛刺、电焊药皮、焊瘤、飞测物、灰尘和积垢等,应在除锈前清理干净,

12、同时也要铲除疏松的氧化皮和较厚的锈层。2.3 、钢材表面如有油污和油脂,应在除锈前清理干净。如只在局部面积上有油污和油脂,一般可采用局部处理措施;如大面积或全部面积上都有,则可采用有机溶剂或热碱进行清洗。2.4 、钢材表面上有酸、碱、盐时,可用热水或蒸汽冲洗掉。但应注意废水的处理,不能造成污染环境。2.5、 喷砂除锈参照国标Sa2.5级标准进行,具体标准将有图片、文字说明。为保证设备与鳞片胶泥层的附着力和使用寿命。必须对设备内表面进行表面喷射处理,除去表面的污垢、油脂、铁锈、氧化皮、焊渣或旧漆膜等附着物,使其表面形成合适的“粗糙度”三、工程施工要求3.1、 待施工设备基体要求3.1.1、待施工

13、设备基体结构,强度设计及焊接要求应符合技术规定。3.1.2、待施工设备基体及内支撑件的连接作业应实施完毕。3.1.3、待施工设备基体及内支撑件衬里侧焊缝应实施满焊,不宜采用间断焊。3.1.4、设备基体衬里侧焊缝、基体表面焊瘤,弧坑及飞溅的焊渣必须打磨平整、焊缝高差不超过3mm。3.1.5、待衬里施工设备基体表面油污及其它非锈污染物必须清除干净。3 .2、施工环境及安全要求3.2.1、施工环境温度,施工环境温度10-30为宜,环境相对湿度应小于85%。3.2.2、施工现场必须采取有效的通风措施。3.2.3、露天施工必须采取防风、防雨措施。3.2.4、施工现场严禁使用明火。3.2.5、施工用脚手架

14、或吊架应牢固、稳定。且应尽量避免与待衬里基体面接触,便于衬里施工。高空作业应按照相关国家或行业规定设置安全防护网。3.2.6、施工现场必须具备完善的防火、防爆、防毒及安全高空作业措施。 3.3、主要施工材料要求酚醛乙烯基鳞片:(各项性能指标,见“华昌”提供相关资料)3.3.1基料1)基料必须具备完整的产品说明书、产品质量检验报告和产品质量检验合格证。2)应用区域工作环境温度在100以上时选用HCM-1,工作环境温度在100以下时选用HCM-2。3.3.2辅料1)辅料必须与基料按比例配套使用。2)辅料性能应符合相应标准的规定,必须具备产品合格证和质量检验报告,且应在产品有效使用期内。3.3.3施

15、工料按比例加好辅料并混合均匀的各种施工用料(包括:底料、基料、面料等),即:HCM-1D,HCM-2D,HCM-1,HCM-2,HCM-1M,HCM-2M。3.3.4增强纤维材料1)用于鳞片衬里局部增强的纤维材料其厚度和密度以设计要求为准。2)玻璃纤维材料应选用非石蜡乳液型,且经表面处理的中碱或无碱玻璃纤维制作的玻纤布、短切毡或表面毡。3.3.4底漆和面涂1)均应采用与鳞片衬里胶泥相同的树脂配制。2)100以上工作区域,采用HCM-1D、HCM-1M与HCM-1配套体系。3)100以下工作区域,采用HCM-2D、HCM-2M与HCM-2配套体系。4) 混凝土基面采用MFE混凝土面专用底漆与鳞片

16、衬里胶泥、面涂配套。 FRP树脂 3.3.5树脂: 树脂把纤维结成一个整体,同时又粘附于基体表面,起着传递载荷的作用,同时又赋予衬里设备的综合性能。玻璃钢衬里的设计关键在于树脂的选择,因为它承担着防止介质渗透与抵御侵蚀的双重任务。E-44环氧树脂,适用于胺类固化剂或它们的加合物结合,组成含溶剂活性涂料。可在室温或较高的温度下硬化,可用于制备粘合剂、浇注、密封、防腐蚀涂料、锌粉底漆、装饰涂料和清漆产品,添加活性稀释剂后可制成无溶剂涂料或地坪涂料。特点低分子液体双酚A型环氧树脂。具有稳定的化学性能,粘合力强,收缩率小,抗电性能优良。良好的抗水性、抗溶剂型和机械性能。适用场合:粘接、电气绝缘材料、土木建筑、装饰涂料。道路交通、食品容器防腐、化工防腐及浸渍、层压、浇铸等。优良的耐蚀性,对有机
