10、piritualcultureimposeddeep-rootedeffectsonhumansthinkingway，ideology，valueorientationandbehaviorchoiceFengLiujian，2020.Forexample，“ChallengeLimitsandStriveforFirst-classisthespiritoftheQinghai-TibetRailway，whichcanberegardedasakindofinspiringandencouragingrailwayspiritualcultureandwasformedintheRail
11、waysbuildingprocessbyChinesepeople.Thisrailwayspiritualculturenotonlydisplaysthebuildersheroicspiritsofmarchingforwardcourageouslyandbeingfearlessofdangeranddifficulties，butalsohighlightsthespiritualwillandstrongdeterminationoftheChinesenationinnaturetransformation.Inotherwords，thespiritualcultureof
12、theQinghai-TibetRailwayembodiesthenationalspirit.Accordingly，socialistrailwayspiritualcultureisnotonlyakindofspiritualcultureinthesenseofindustrialculturebutalsoanimportantcomponentofsocialistadvancedcultureandcontainsthevaluepursuitofnationalspirit.3.RailwaysystemcultureAsWangYongguiandZhengHaixian
