6、ron：其中全部的碳皆以化合碳（即碳化物（包括渗碳体）的形态存 在，从而其断口为白色的铸铁。灰口铸铁grey cast iron：其中的碳主要以石墨（呈片状）的形态存在，从而其断口为暗灰 色的铸铁。麻口铸铁 mottled cast iron ：其组织处于白口铸铁和灰口铸铁之间，即在一部分区域内，碳 以化合碳的状态存在（在断口上呈亮白色），而在另一部分区域内，碳以石墨态存在（在断 口上呈暗灰色）的铸铁。变性铸铁modified cast iron：又称为孕育铸铁孕育铸铁inoculated cast iron：通过孕育处理而改善了组织和力学性能的灰口铸铁。冷硬铸铁chilled cast ir
7、on：通过控制浇注后的冷却速度，使其表层快冷而形成一定深度的 白口组织，而心部则保持灰口组织，中间过度层为麻口组织的铸铁。球墨铸铁nodular cast iron：其中的石墨以球状存在的铸铁。蠕墨铸铁 vermicular cast iron：可锻铸铁malleable cast iron：将可锻铸铁用生铁重熔，铸造成白口铸铁件，然后进行可锻 化退化，使其中的碳全部或大部分转化为团絮状石墨，这样生产出来的铸铁，具有较好的塑 性和韧度，称为“可锻铸铁”。半可锻铸铁 semi malleable cast iron奥氏体铸铁austenitic cast iron：具有奥氏体基体的合金铸铁。贝氏
